I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

The most satisfying place in the entire Dali trip is this hotel. It is located on the mountain but not far away. It is close to everything. It is convenient to take a taxi. The air is very fresh and the environment is particularly refreshing. I like this kind of quiet hotel very much. It makes people very comfortable. The hotel carefully read the notes, prepared bed rails and made parent-child arrangements for children very considerately. My son likes the things of the big yellow duck very much. He was very happy when he came in. The hotel bathroom supplies are also very good. It happens to be the verbena series of L'Occitane that my son and his father like. It is easy to use. The restaurant has a small variety of dishes, but the service is very good. My wife accidentally got a fish bone stuck in her mouth just after eating and went to the hospital to remove the bone. The restaurant service staff and manager called to inquire and help keep the meal until the evening to help heat it up. It was really great! The staff are very enthusiastic and of high quality. The child also left his mobile phone behind. The housekeeper Xiao Gao found it and contacted to help send it back. Thank you very much. Very satisfied with the hotel! A rare good place and good service! By the way, I also received a scarf gift, which is very considerate. Suggestion: The flap of the indoor trash can is too troublesome, it is recommended to replace it. Everything else is good!

As soon as I entered the B&B, I was attracted by its simple design style, which gave me a full sense of vacation in Sanya. It is a differentiated B&B in the ancient city. There is a really cute kitten at the front desk (you can pet the cat) . When I opened my eyes in the soft quilt in the morning, the light came in and it was really healing~ The beautiful scenery of Cangshan Mountain hit my eyes directly, which was a great feeling! . The service of the B&B is also very considerate, with shuttle buses for pick-up and drop-off, making travel very convenient. There is also a rich breakfast every morning, and their rice noodles are really delicious! There is also coffee latte for you to drink~ and the housekeeper is very enthusiastic, helping with luggage, full of details. . I accidentally discovered that the view on the top floor is also very good~

On the second day after arriving in Dali, I passed by this B&B after having lunch nearby, so I walked in and took a look around. I was fascinated by this super large terrace. It really felt like it had Cangshan Mountain on its back, facing Erhai Lake, and the flowers were blooming in spring. After looking at the room, I liked the decoration style. After chatting with the guy at the front desk, I learned that Muxi has been in business for several years and was upgraded last year. Now the view is wider and more comfortable than before. Decisively placed an order and decided to stay. The experience after checking in really deserves a five-star rating. I was used to wearing my own pure cotton slippers, but I didn't expect Muxi's slippers to be so comfortable. For the first time, I had the urge to pack them up and take them home. The quality of their linen is also very good, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard, so you can have a good night's sleep. The breakfast is very healthy and nutritionally balanced. Sitting on the picturesque terrace to dine, all worries are gone and there is only happiness. In addition, the most commendable thing is Muxi's service attitude. Every staff member is always smiling, courteous, and responsive to all questions and requests. It is comparable to the service of a five-star hotel. When I come to Dali from now on, I will definitely live in Muxi. It’s not far from Erhai Lake. It takes about ten minutes to get there by riding a small e-mule or riding a bicycle. After exiting Muxi and walking down to Erhai Lake, the most famous cafe in Dali is on the right hand side. There is a coffee shop more than 100 meters behind. In the factory store, self-driving friends don’t have to worry about parking. There is a parking lot in the backyard and at Muxi.

There are all kinds of B&Bs in Dali, whether on the east or west coast or at the foot of Cangshan Mountain. If you are not looking for a room with a sea view, you can consider the B&Bs in Cangshan Mountain. It is not far from March Street in the ancient city. The hotel is 2.3 kilometers from the center of the ancient city. It is completely convenient to rent a small donkey to travel. No pressure, the B&B also provides transfers to scenic spots, and the service is very good. The bedding is comfortable to sleep on, equipped with a smart toilet, and you don’t have to worry about the pressure and hot water in the shower~

I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service. We were impressed with the level of service, especially considering the slight language barrier. Although English was not the first language of the staff, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Whenever I had a question or request, they were patient, friendly, and used translation tools to communicate clearly. They made us feel comfortable and valued, which is something we truly appreciate. The front desk staff even made extra effort to ensure we get the ticket to JDSM. The service was so attentive, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our stay as pleasant as possible. It's not always easy to navigate a language difference, but they turned it into a non-issue with their kindness and professionalism. Good Job.

Narada B&B, a newly opened store, the decoration is very beautiful, the living is very comfortable, you must give a good review! The room is spacious, the air conditioning is warm, the room is smart toilet, the bedding is soft and comfortable, making people sleep well. The bathroom is clean and tidy, hot water is available at any time, there is a book bar in the public area, you can sit down and read a book quietly, Yunnan small coffee is free to drink, and the hotel also provides a parking lot, friends who drive do not have to worry about parking problems. The service is not to say! The owner and housekeeper of the hotel are super enthusiastic, and they feel the intimate service from the beginning of check-in. They will enthusiastically introduce the surrounding attractions and food, especially the restaurant recommended by the boss is really great! I ate local specialties, raw skin, delicious and affordable, the room will be cleaned every day, and we will prepare fruit for us, which is really heartwarming.

The overall environment and location of the B&B are very good, and Xizhou Ancient Town is next to it. The B&B was opened this year, and the facilities in the room are also very new! The double mandarin duck room we stayed in is super good, with good lighting, large rooms, and quiet surroundings, which is very suitable for a short vacation! The breakfast made by the sister of the B&B is also very rich, and the wine and drinks made by the brother are also very delicious, highly recommended! ! If you have any needs, the owner will satisfy them in time, and the humanistic care is in place! Friends who like quietness must choose this one!

The boss is super enthusiastic, help us with our luggage, tell us where to be fun, the terrace is perfect and you can watch the sunrise 🌄 backed by Cangshan and facing the Bohai Sea. The balcony on the roof can wash and dry clothes, you can see the Cangshan and Bohai Sea, and the snow on the mountain is very clear on a fine day. The homestay has a battery car, and it takes about three or four minutes to ride to Bohai S Bay. I don't know what to eat in the kitchen. The one we ordered with the mobile phone number 6655 tastes good. Cool sesame dishes must be ordered every meal. Dali Bai's hot and sour fish can't be eaten, and the fish smells heavy. If you come to Bohai, if you don't have a attachment to the sea view room, you can push this one.
