I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

I didn't expect to live in the dream homestay in Dali. The whole building is white and simple, and it looks super good! It feels like a small Aranya! Every detail shows unique taste. I like that it is backed by Cangshan Mountain and is very close to the ancient city of Dali. There is also a car to pick you up, which is very convenient for going to the ancient city! ! I booked a parent-child room. The bathtub in the room allows you to take a bath while enjoying the scenery. Zundu is very beautiful~ I don't want to move here. The soft and comfortable big bed accompanies me to sleep well all night.

The overall environment and location of the B&B are very good, and Xizhou Ancient Town is next to it. The B&B was opened this year, and the facilities in the room are also very new! The double mandarin duck room we stayed in is super good, with good lighting, large rooms, and quiet surroundings, which is very suitable for a short vacation! The breakfast made by the sister of the B&B is also very rich, and the wine and drinks made by the brother are also very delicious, highly recommended! ! If you have any needs, the owner will satisfy them in time, and the humanistic care is in place! Friends who like quietness must choose this one!

The homestay also has charging piles, which is really good for trams, and charging is free. There is also a free shuttle bus to the ancient town. The service is really good. If I come to Dali next time, I will stay here again. It’s just that the surrounding environment is a little worse. Everything else is very satisfactory. The refrigerator in the room also provides free drinks and snacks. Many details are also done very well.

The hotel is 2.3 kilometers from the center of the ancient city. It is completely convenient to rent a small donkey to travel. No pressure, the B&B also provides transfers to scenic spots, and the service is very good. The bedding is comfortable to sleep on, equipped with a smart toilet, and you don’t have to worry about the pressure and hot water in the shower~
