The children's breakfast is Western, but I prefer Chinese. Songyun Cliff Hotel has a unique location. I asked the staff who connected the small tram in the scenic area and learned that this hotel has been open for 12 years. It has only gradually become popular in 2019, and it has also encountered the epidemic. It is really not easy along the way. Nowadays, you can enjoy the relaxation of vacation in Dali without leaving the country. Opposite Ideal Bang, you can rent a sports car through Ctrip. We drove the sports car to Wenbi Village, where you can also overlook Erhai Lake. Best hotel honestly! We wanted to stay one more night just because of this hotel. Everything there is smart and the hotel reception is amazing. I have travelled around the world and one thing I cannot give up on is comfort but this hotel brought travelling in comfort to another level. I didn’t have to touch my luggage the moment I got off the Didi and even when I checked out, the luggage went from the car to my room and my room to the car. The breakfast is amazing too. You need to try the Mee Xian and can I just say… afternoon tea the drink is AMAZING! If there is a 6 star I would give this it. Also, Dyson hairdryer and amazing toiletries including makeup remover! Best girls trip!

Room was even better than it looks in the picture. Service of staff was also very good. They even helped to collect my parcel of the parcel collection station before I arrive and was super responsive to all my queries. Was assigned to the highest floor but hotel has no lift and staff helped to carry our luggages up the stairs. Afternoon tea was until 5pm but I arrived later and was still able to enjoy the delicious afternoon tea set. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. There is also a balcony which had a clear view of erhai lake and we can enjoy the sunset just right in the room. We also received flower cake as a gift after check out. Would not hesitate to book the hotel again if we are in Dali again.

I stayed at the Yunji No.1 Cliff Seaview Hotel in Haidong Town, Dali, for one night with my parents. The hotel has stunning Santorini-style architecture, and we could see the beautiful Erhai Lake from our room. The hotel is very artistic, and most of the decorations are related to the theme of jade or emerald. The most impressive thing for me was the largest natural night pearl in the world, which was displayed in the hotel’s restaurant. It was so amazing to see it glowing in the dark. The hotel’s butler Whisky(Miss Wei) was a lovely, gentle, and beautiful lady. She contacted me before our arrival, hand-wrote and drew our welcome cards and illustrations. She also arranged extra beds and breakfasts for us, considering that we were traveling with our parents. I think she was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and she made our experience so wonderful. The hotel is also close to some attractions, such as the Three Pagodas and the Butterfly Spring. We enjoyed exploring the local culture and nature. We had a great time at the Yunji, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Dali. It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.
