2-Star Hotels in Dali

This is a good inn. The inn is located in Dali Bohai International Ecological City. Outside the gate of the community is the airport road, and behind it is a large wetland and trail. Every day after tea and dinner, go to the wetland and walk to the bend, it is quite good leisure, much better than the online boast of the net red punching point. Moreover, you can enjoy the Cangshan and Erhai Lake from the balcony. There is also a small kitchen table in the room, where you can cook some milk, cereal, rice noodles and the like. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and sanitary, the environment is very good, and the service is very thoughtful. It is very convenient to go out to the street for sightseeing. It is a good choice for vacation with relatives and friends.

This is my second time in Dali. The room is pretty good. Hahahaha. Recommended. There are many delicious foods and people coming and going. I look forward to the next trip. Hahahaha. The revenge trip is coming! !

Good hostel with friendly and helpful staff. Mattres is a little hard. Room is warm. Sheets are clean but blanket itself had yellow stains. Good hot shower. Unfortunatelly somebody smokes in the shower.

The location is pretty good, at the north gate of Dali Ancient City, near the vegetable market. The kitchen in the store is available for use, which is ideal for people who like to cook their own meals. There is also a stove in the store, so you can warm up by the fire when it's cold, and grill meat, sweet potatoes, corn, etc. You can also call friends to drink together and chat around the stove. This is very lifelike.

Affordable and good location. At an intersection north of Cangshan Gate, the west gate of the ancient city, take Bus No. 4, the Shuijiao Village Station of the Three Pagoda Special Line of Chongsheng Temple, and go uphill through the building of Shuijiao Village. Close to the most attractive attractions: the fruit and vegetable market in the northwest of the ancient city, and the entrance of the Cangshan Mountain Climbing Trail: Tianlong Babu Scenic Spot, the one near the Ximatan Cableway. I stayed for 4 days from June 1st to 5th. I walked the market every day. I went out of the village and crossed the road and went straight into the ancient city. Where in China are there local bayberry, blueberry, pipa, lychee? There are also mangoes, nectarines, peaches, apple bananas, watermelons, grapes, plums and more. I eat more bayberry every day than before, nectarine mango is a surprise, peach is a disappointment, lychee is good, apple and banana are good but not enough to be cut from the trunk. I bought it in Shuanglang Ancient Town a few days ago. Pipa has tasted it several times this year. I was afraid that the plums would be sour. I never thought blueberries were delicious and expensive, so I stopped buying them after four days. In fact, the fruit courier fee saved by flying in and staying for a few weeks is worth the airfare. It’s good to go in the morning. We only went to Cangshan in the afternoon for two mornings, and there were already fewer vendors. The room is big, clean and comfortable, and the price is high.

It’s a little tricky to find as the map location is often on the opposite side of the road. The sign is down a narrow alley, usually with a food stall in the way. It’s a nice room and it was a pleasant stay. But check-in was troublesome for foreigners. The computer and camera system failed to take adequate photos of my passport or me, and even the local PSB couldn’t really make it work. A minor inconvenience though. When I arrived the receptionist was asleep at a nearby table. I didn’t know it was him until I called the hotel number. When I checked out at 8:30 am there was nobody at reception at all. In the room itself there are no light switches by the bed and the main light doesn’t work. The kitchen area is tired and needs repairing/updating. The provided rose cakes were really nice. I enjoyed using the tea set to make Pu’er tea. The room was light and airy and the overall experience was good, if a little inconvenient at times.
