Four Points Hotels in Dali

A huge thank you to our butler, Minmin, for upgrading us to a sea view room and providing complimentary breakfast for our child. She always responded promptly to our inquiries, and her service was incredibly detailed and thoughtful, with a wonderful attitude. A big shout-out to Minmin! 👍 The hotel is newly opened, so all the facilities are brand new. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. However, the Chinese restaurant was not yet open, which made dining options outside of breakfast a bit inconvenient. Our room balcony faces Erhai Lake, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunset views. Right across the road, a wetland park is being developed, adding to the beautiful scenery. The doorman was always helpful, opening the door and assisting with our luggage every time. Much appreciated! 🙏 Housekeeping, however, could be more thorough. Given our room faced Erhai Lake, we noticed quite a few dead small insects on the balcony in the evenings, likely attracted by the lights, so daily cleaning should ideally extend to the balcony. Also, our coffee and tea sachets were not refilled on the second day. Despite this, the housekeeping staff had excellent attitudes, always greeting us with a smile. Overall, this new hotel is quite good and I would recommend staying here.
