Five-star real name review! I brought my parents and child to Lijiang and after comparing many places, I finally chose the Ruyi Meiju's two-bedroom family suite – it completely exceeded my expectations! The two separate bedrooms offer amazing privacy. We could close our doors and rest without disturbing each other, which was perfect for early-sleeping elders and late-sleeping children. The mattresses are zero-pressure latex, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly; after a long day of travel, lying down felt incredibly comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, with no dust in the corners. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation and a smart thermostatic toilet, and the hot water pressure was stable. Knowing Lijiang is dry, the front desk proactively provided a humidifier – such thoughtful details! The location is a real bonus. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Big Waterwheel in the ancient city, and very close to the pick-up point for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. If you're driving, there's a parking lot so no need to worry. The staff were very kind and proactively offered us tips on local food and how to avoid tourist traps. Our family had plenty of space, it wasn't crowded at all. The facilities were smart and comprehensive. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, and offers great value for money! I highly recommend it for family travel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lijiang!

This stay truly exceeded all my expectations! I'd give it full marks without hesitation. The hotel experience was absolutely fantastic, with incredibly thoughtful service. The staff were all smiles and so accommodating, always ready to help, which made me feel so welcome. You could tell they put a lot of thought into every little detail. The view of Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain from the window was just breathtakingly beautiful, almost unfairly so. Even just sitting by the window and gazing out was incredibly enjoyable. Whether it was the distant scenery or the closer views, every snapshot turned out to be a wallpaper-worthy picture. The room itself was impeccable – clean, comfortable, and well-laid out with many clever little design touches, making for both a relaxing and pleasantly surprising stay. This entire experience was absolutely divine, and I'm already planning my next trip to Dali around staying here again.
