The rooms were very cold and the little hot plate on the wall did little to warm them up. The hot water was iffy. You may have some, or you may not, or it may take a good 10 minutes to warm up. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so unless we opened the window, the towels never fully dried and everything was constantly damp. Some members of our group had to switch rooms due to mold on the bathroom ceiling. Plus it's a good 30-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas, where all the good shops and restaurants are located. There are plenty of affordable places near the plaza that are better and have reliable hot water.

Located in a poor area of town, this hotel has little to recommend it other than it is a 'bed for the night'.

The staff was very accommodating to all of our requests. The room was clean and we were pretty close to the historic centre by uber. Someone was always available to help with questions no matter the time of day or night. The staff was also very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel, friendly staff, accommodating, good food, clean rooms. Bit cold with heater on during winter! Arranged easy pickup from airport. Shower good water pressure. Not the nicest part of Cusco but handy if staying close to airport. Good restaurant nearby
