Overall the hotel was good, service was good, laundry services excellent. 2 issues:
1) location: the front is not a street but a walking lane, so taxis and tour transportation cannot come to front door. This alleyway also has many clubs so the noise and foot traffic is all night long.
2 Breakfast was included , however if you want a second omelette they wanted you to pay for it. Free breakfast means free, any other buffet restaurant you can take as many eggs as you wish.
Overall I would stay there again,

한식당이랑 파비앙투어랑 가까워서 여행하기 좋습니다 ㅎㅎ
직원들 너무너무 친절하시고 숙소가 아기자기하고 초록초록해서 이뻐요!
근데 소음 예민하시면 비추합니다. 시내 중심가라서 조금 시끄러운 편이에요

Hospedaje céntrico, a pesar que queda en una calle muy transitada, dentro del hotel no se siente los ruidos de la calle, estuve una sola noche, pude descansar perfectamente, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena, tranquila y segura estadía. Un súper plus que tenga calefacción con el frío de la ciudad viene bien.

We really enjoyed out visit here. The rooms were comfortable, heated, with hot showers and comfortable beds. The location is great, right next to the plaza de Armas, mostly everything within walking distance. The staff was extremely accommodating, and helped us with laundry, food and drinks, taxis and any services or accommodations we needed. It is reasonably priced. We had a great stay here and I highly recommend this hotel.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel, nous n’avons jamais pû y dormir ! Nous avons reservé 5 nuits, mais un groupe de touriste parlait très fort dans l’hôtel. Malgré nos plaintes, les nuisances sonores n’ont jamais cessé et le personnel n’a rien fait pour régler cela. Un règlement d’hôtel s’impose ! De plus, le personnel ose nous dire que nous sommes les seuls à nous plaindres. Or, le premier soir nous étions 3 à nous plaindre et ensuite, tout le monde est parti sauf nous et les touristes bruyants.

We arrived early had requested early check in which they accommodated but gave us room on 3rd floor which I requested for change and they changed it on 1st floor was a decent room had no issues with hot water, very friendly staff. stayed for 3 nights its in plaza close to everything had a good experience, they also stored our luggage until it was picked up next day as we were on our way for trekking, I totally recommend this place

A charming little hotel off the main square. Staff are friendly and took time to ask you about your travels and shared their experiences. We had a ground floor room which was very spacious with comfortable beds. Very clean. We had no problem with noise at all. The rooms are all around a courtyard which had plenty of space to sit, with tea and coffee facilities, a nice touch. Highly recommend staying here for location and friendly staff.
