Nice surprise for me to prepare some dessert and coffee service and I love this hotel very much! Not many choices for the breakfast but it is still ok. Room is super clean and the staff are very kind!

A bit far from restaurant and attractions, need to take taxi or uberif wanna to take lunch or dinner

The hotel staffs always greeted us warmly and went extra miles to help us. Rooms and bathrooms are satisfactory, although there is room for improvement. The location is a bit away for the main action but the stunning view from the top makes up for it.

This hotel is indeed highly recommended for its scenic views and quite near to the Plaza Mayor de Armas. Highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the friendly and professional staff. The natural lighting and panoramic city and mountain views are definitely standout features! The room I got has a scenic view! Super worth the price, I’m telling you, you should get one with the scenic view if you stay here. And staff at the restaurant were so kind and accommodating.

Hotel staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The rooms generously big and the beds are big and comfortable like you’re used it from Hilton brands. Can absolutely recommend it to everyone.

The hotel breakfast hours start at 5am, great for travelers with early departures. Also hotel has a green policy, provide refill of the bottled water in order to reduce plastic waste. That is great.

The hotel is very clean and service is excellent! Jim at the reception was very accommodative and super helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing. Definitely recommended

This is one of the best hotels in Cuzco. It is fairly near to the downtown of the city which makes the hotel accesible for travellers.

Clean hotel on hilltop location. Restaurant is pricey but delicious. Breakfast looks great. Takeaway breakfast (because we had 3am pickup) was decent enough. Room is spacious and well maintained but dated in design choice. Staff in F&B are nice and accommodating. Front desk staff ok.
