Cuscopackers Hostels

We stayed at the hostel for two (non-consecutive) nights and on both occasions we were disappointed. The first time, it turned out that there was no water for a long time, which made showers difficult and sanitary hygiene limited. Nevertheless, we slept quite well, thanks in particular to the calm of the hostel. The staff are friendly and attentive. On the second night, we had a cold room and a shower that didn't work. So to speak, we were entitled to a trickle of water. It was either freezing or scalding hot, and when we tried to change the water temperature, the tap gave a micro electric shock, which was very dangerous and led us to ask for a second room. It wasn't any hotter, and neither was the shower, and it was badly situated: you could hear the road very loudly. So we both ended up taking a cold shower and being in a cold atmosphere too, which we didn't like for the price we paid. Also downstream, breakfast is limited to two pieces of bread and one and a half scrambled eggs per person. Overall we were disappointed with the hostel and for the price it was.

The hostel receptionists were very nice but the room was cold and the shower wasn’t hot either. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing too. Possible to leave luggage for a few days was good for trips around Cuzco. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff. Spacious social areas. Housekeeping every day. Welcomed with delicious free breakfast and coffee every morning. Very accommodating.not too busy. It was quiet after 9pm every night. Excellent laundry service was done the same day.

!!the best place with the best view!! The place is quiet and you can rest pleasantly, it is the best Hostel I stayed in in South America, good breakfast, clean room, very friendly staff. I highly recommend it. Ignacio, the director, helped me with everything, his recommendations were the best.
