Lugar tranquilo y agradable, teníamos una habitación con vista hacia la plazita Nazarenas con una vista muy genial, agua caliente todo el dia, las camas muy cómodas y el desayuno muy bueno, el personal muy servicial, Oliver siempre atento a lo que necesitábamos, nos brindaba información con pequeños consejos de los tours que teníamos y siempre atento en las madrugadas cuando salíamos a nuestros tours nos fuimos muy felices.

Uno de los hoteles más acogedores que he visto sobre todo la atención del personal y sobre todo la señorita Luz quien nos brindó su apoyo en toda nuestra estancia y dio indicaciones de lugare que estaban cerca la plaza ya que no conocíamos y queríamos visitar algunos lugares que estaban cerca al hotel por ejemplo museos o resturantes si duda un lugar muy bello recomedado al 100😊😊

I had an amazing time staying here for 4 days and 3 nights. Has a nice view if you get the balcony and it is very well located just like. 5-6 min walk to get to plaza de armas. Beds were super cozy during this season of cold and what stood out was the customer service provided by Oliver in reception. We would come back super late after tours and tired and he would always greet us with a smile and whenever we had some questions he was happy to help that being when we asked directions, needed new batteries on a remote, or consulting on what tours to take or places to go eat.

Excelente hotel, muy confortable y limpio. Lo que mas me gusto es la localización, a pocos minutos de la Plaza de Armas. Es altamente recomendable visitar Cusco! Una buena atención y muy simpáticos. Ademas de todo la señorita Luz muy amable y gentil. Regresariamos sin duda Muchas gracias.

Worst hotel of my life.
I’ve never seen in my life a check out at 10 in the morning. The rooms were TERRIBLE. We just book for a night of sleep from 11pm to next morning.we payed and We DIDNT stay. Walked 2 blocks down and payed for another hotel. The guy from the desk refused to cancel. This is a HOSTEL Not a HOTEL.
