Super location close to Plaza de Armas and lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was really clean, hot shower, extra blankets if you needed. The reception staff were lovely and helpful, and breakfast had a lot of options, buffet style as well as eggs made to order. Thank you all at Cuzco Plaza Nazarenas~~

Excellent service, very nice rooms, with very friendly and respectful staff and thank you to Miss Luz for her kindness in helping us with our.We will definitely be back to visit more places.The best of all was the view is wonderful see veía Carito blanco desde la habitación.

I had an amazing time staying here for 4 days and 3 nights. Has a nice view if you get the balcony and it is very well located just like. 5-6 min walk to get to plaza de armas. Beds were super cozy during this season of cold and what stood out was the customer service provided by Oliver in reception. We would come back super late after tours and tired and he would always greet us with a smile and whenever we had some questions he was happy to help that being when we asked directions, needed new batteries on a remote, or consulting on what tours to take or places to go eat.

Excellent accommodation, the place is very comfortable and the rooms are clean. The staff is dedicated to their work, friendly and respectful. Miss Luz at the reception was very attentive to my questions and concerns. I recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to visit the wonderful city of Cusco. Thank you for your help miss Luz.

Very happy with my stay at the Cusco Plaza hotel, I recommend it 100%. The staff is very friendly, Miss Luz helped me with recommendations and in solving all kinds of questions. The breakfast was among the best I have ever had, very varied and rich. The room was very clean and spacious. When I return to Cusco I will surely return to the Cusco Plaza hotel.

Worst hotel of my life.
I’ve never seen in my life a check out at 10 in the morning. The rooms were TERRIBLE. We just book for a night of sleep from 11pm to next morning.we payed and We DIDNT stay. Walked 2 blocks down and payed for another hotel. The guy from the desk refused to cancel. This is a HOSTEL Not a HOTEL.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. It’s close to everything and stuff were friendly. I’d definitely stay again.
