The room has a traditional look, but it was well-cleaned and so comfortable.

Everything is perfect , had bath 🛁 after long hike. If suffer altitude sickness , their diet chicken soup is perfect ! Must try , location is perfect , staffs are kind , room has a heater so comfortable stay . Would definitely stay there again

The room was huge and clean. We were quite happy with the service because we checked in at 11.30 pm. Breakfast was pretty good even if it was free!

Perfect place to stay. Easy walk to the Plaza. Hot pit in room for late night tea.

No primeiro dia, adoramos o hotel; achamos o serviço e as instalações boas; porém, tivemos um contratempo no último dia: as toalhas que estavam no quarto, estavam manchadas, mal cheirosas; e uma delas, suja de fezes... quando saímos do hotel, no check -out, ainda nos foi perguntando se não havia me "confundido" e pego uma toalha do quarto... sinceramente, só precisamos que cuidem da higiene do local. Toalhas novas e limpas temos em casa ...
