Oh my god how did the hotel score a 4.5 star rating. The rooms are tiny, there is no air-conditioning, there is no way to get any fresh air into the room, the bathrooms are so small the vanity/sink is in the bedroom, rooms appear to mostly open on to an internal common space where the restaurant, reception, breakfast area is below and noisy, the water pipes are very noisy and so you can enjoy every time other rooms flush their toilets or take a shower. I don't know about you but this is not my idea of a 4.5 star hotel.

Very disappointed in this hotel! No air conditioning, no windows in rooms!!!! So stuffy and claustrophobic! We arrived as part of a tour so unable to choose our hotel but if you can, avoid this hotel!!!! All rooms face inwards and have no windows!!! I literally couldn’t breathe so requested a fan from reception! This still didn’t help! Cusco is such a beautiful city so don’t ruin your trip by staying here!!!!
