Spent only 1 night before heading to Machu Picchu. Clean room. Staff are friendly and polite. You can ask breakfast to go when you leave early. As you see from the room info, space is smaller, but don’t worry it will be comfortable. Close to main square in walking distance

Location is perfect as it’s on the Main Street. Atmosphere is brilliant. It’s charming and quiet. Rooms are nice and clean. Everything you need is here. Best part of the hotel is service. Joseph from the restaurant greeted us with smile every morning. We were here only for a few days and by the end of our holiday he knew our coffee order. The attention to detail in customer service is top notch.

This hotel delivered the worst sleep experience in probably the last 40 years of my travels .the issue is straightforward, no a/c in rooms that overlook the main road into the historic centre,which is really noisey at 3am so you cannot open the windows. Even the suites have windows which open onto an enclosed atrium which is also a breakfast area and thoroughfare. So small rooms ,hot and airless . A shame as the staff are great although the breakfast is poor .

Stayed here for 3 nights, rooms spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant very good, self service breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Staff were brilliant always helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them. Laundry service available if you need it. If you are in Cusco and need somewhere to stay in would certainly recommend .
