I stayed on the 11th floor. The view was great.
The room was spacious.
The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
I arrived at the hotel at 1:30am and checked in without any problems.
I think this is a pretty good hotel.
My only disappointment is that I wish the breakfast was a little better.

Great hotel with city view. But absolutely no insulation, we could hear everything, the cars honking a lot, the parties nearby, and especially the train passing below the hotel. Average food and restaurant staff not very pleasant. It's a shame.

The front desk was great and let us check in early. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the downtown square. Take a taxi from the airport for 15 sols. You must bargain. The breakfast restaurant has a great view with a 360-degree view. The disadvantage is that the quilt texture is average
