We booked our room through trip.ccom platform and were shocked to find that our room type had been changed upon arrival without any prior notification or proper explanation. This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue while traveling, and it completely ruined our travel mood. What was meant to be an enjoyable trip turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. To make matters worse, the manager on duty was unfriendly and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Instead of showing empathy or trying to resolve the issue, the response felt dismissive and lacking in professionalism. Guests should not have their travel plans disrupted because of issues between the hotel and its booking partners. Overall, the poor handling of this situation and the lack of customer care fell far below the standards I expected from Marriott. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both its communication and customer service practices."

"The hotel was clean and the front desk was good. I told you a lot of recommended shops when I checked in. The garden is nice and you can eat and chat there. The room had a bedroom ２, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a wide variety of drinks. The large trash can that doesn't smell when I close the lid was also good. There are few shops around, but it is convenient to drive to Uptown, Airport Mesa, Holly Cross Chapel, etc."

"I checked in at the night time on April 20, 2024. The attitude of the staff at reception counter in dealing with tourists was horrible. She was impolite that I have ever seen in my experience of traveling through more than 10 countries. She was unwilling to render any help or even just answering a question, shouted to us and asked us to see the motel's information by ourselves. Except this mentioned staff who may affect the image of the motel, everything was fine. There is a lift for going upstairs, which is very convenience in comparison with other motels. One more thing to remind is, there was only coffee available in the morning, not breakfast."

"The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the casino suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well."

The staff are very attentive."
