"The hotel is new and clean, with a full kitchen, simple breakfast, spacious rooms and a reasonable layout. Opposite the hotel is the Rite Aid pharmacy, which contains daily necessities, except for fresh fruits and vegetables, which is very convenient. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the Cleveland Clinic and the Cleveland Art Museum, and the location is excellent. Next to the art gallery is a small lake with a beautiful environment. 10 minutes by car, there are large American Super League David and Asian Super Super League Ding Hao"

"Breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet. Coffee is Starbucks. The waiters are terrible, and the hygiene is perfunctory! The hotel is in the university town, 10 minutes away from the Cleveland Museum. The museum is free, but it is closed on Mondays! The church opposite the hotel!"

"The hotel is a building with a bit of history, the corridors and rooms are quite large. There is a complimentary breakfast and dinner, and there are a few glasses of alcoholic drinks in each room, free popcorn. There is a parking fee of 28 US dollars per day at the entrance of the hotel. There are many other parking garages around the hotel, usually about 10 US dollars a day. Overall very good"

HHONGJUNThe degree of hygiene needs to be improved, although the breakfast variety is not too much, it can fully meet the demand. Valet parking service is also ok, 19-knife one-day parking fee, tipping in the morning when picking up the car, it is quite convenient. The suite is large and the service response is slow. There is a fitness center and there is no swimming pool.

GGuest UserGreat & super clean king size room facing the Cathedral and ”❤” light City building. Awesome staff and General Manager Louis. Super helpful and professional. Good breakfast for on the go. Perfect walking 5- 15 minutes walking from the majority downtown attractions like East 4th Street for food & shopping, Rock & Roll Hall of fame, the waterfront, the freedom stamp. Quick taxi or longer walk to Football stadium, NASA science center, Civic center, Library, ******, and the Flats. Had a lovely time discovering downtown area of Cleveland good vibes from everyone!

GGuest UserThe stay was good, breakfast 15 knives, eating was quite satisfactory, the service staff was very warm, and would take the initiative to help with things to drink. I ordered a chicken roll for dinner and it tasted very good! The whole hotel is very close to Cleveland Medical Center. It is very convenient for us to take a taxi to the downtown exhibition hall to use uber. The only downside is that the sound insulation of the room is not very good. Then the room service forgot to clean up on the first day. In short, it was a satisfactory stay! I love Cleveland! ! !

IioiioiThe hotel is located in the city center, not very far from the airport, about 30 minutes away, so the traffic is very convenient. The interior decoration of the hotel can see that it was once brilliant. Although it is not a very new hotel, it is rare to live in such a large room in the city center. Hotel service is very good, staying at the hotel is free breakfast. Although there are not many options for breakfast, it is more comfortable to eat breakfast and go to work. Overall stay feels good.

GGuest UserGood location ,Hotel seemed in a good shape ,clea lines was lacking, either cleaned in a rush .Our washroom floor was not mopped u can tell by bath mat turned black as we wiped the water spill from shower. Emptied the washropm garbage bin and handful of hair in garbage bin.The beds were comfy and clean.The staff were friendly especially the food/catering side.The parking attendant on the other hand was very rude.He sat there on his phone while we struggled to get access into parking lot although we had pre paid for parking. .He seemed annoyed when we asked for help.Not sure what he he is there for .Turned out it was their scanner issue. Parking is extra 20 dollars a night and breakfast buffet was 18 dollars for adult and $ 6 or 8 for kids under 12 .

AaimrMy child is studying at Case Western Reserve, so I booked this hotel. This hotel is in the city of Cleveland, about 5 kilometers away from Case. The hotel is also located in the school area, opposite the various buildings of Cleveland State University. The hotel has a large parking lot and multiple dining facilities nearby, which makes it convenient to eat. The hotel itself provides breakfast in the morning, which is simple and effective. The hotel itself is on Euclid Street, and Case Western Reserve is also on the same street, so it is convenient to drive all the way down. The accommodation experience is still good.
