For the apartment hotel, go in a small alley on the left hand side of the Mang Thanh Hotel in Nha Trang, and then show your check-in information to the staff on the first floor and someone will come down and take you to the room. There are many ATMs at the entrance of Mang Thanh Hotel in Nha Trang, one minute away from the beach. The street downstairs is also the busiest street in Nha Trang. The point is that there are super beautiful ocean view rooms. Wake up to see the sunrise, overlooking the entire coastline of Nha Trang, more than 300 a night, more cost-effective than any sea view hotel, I am definitely not a drag, I was shocked when I entered the room, because I stayed in Nha Trang for two days They all go out in the morning to play and only come back in the evening, so it doesn’t matter if there is breakfast or not, but the good mood in Nha Trang really starts from this.

Probably the best feature of the Sun City Hotel in Nha Trang is it's location. There are about five other hotels on the same road though so it's not an exclusively excellent location. On it's road are many services all in close proximity, including restaurants, shops, massage parlors, etc. The staff are competent and willing to make effort to please. The room was a bit small and has the glass window to the toilet, disconcerting for Westerners (no on wants to be observed in their private moments). The pool was small, with just a couple uncomfortable metal lounge chairs, not really enticing, however, the view from the pool was wonderful. The breakfast was average although they had a wide variety of unusual foods. I'd have to say that although it can be considered worth the money, there are better choices. DRC

I went in the epidemic season so there were not many tourists, I stayed in room 804 with a very nice view, the price in this season is very good and reasonable, the hotel is quiet, right by the sea, the breakfast is okay, the swimming pool is a bit small , but especially the staff here is very good service, happy to be sociable, I get advice from you about services, dedicated support during my stay, come to the hotel every time I see you, I will be consulted. delicious food, thank you very much, we will come back next time.

For its ridiculously low price, this hotel ticks the basics: great location (all restaurants, street food and shops within a few steps distance), clean room with basic amenities and an average breakfast. Easily the best part of this hotel is one of the receptionists, L.T. Thu Ha. She was extremely polite, helpful, lovely and most importantly, understood everything we asked her, which is something we cannot say about her colleagues. She is the highlight of Boss Hotel. Now to the bad parts: Staff (except Thu Ha): unfriendly, rude and unhelpful - they need some serious training in guest service, starting with basic things like saying hello, thank you or sorry at least. During check-in, we had an extremely uncomfortable incident when the receptionist whitheld my passport and told us he would return it only if we pay the 30% deposit. They did not accept credit card...so we went out to withdraw cash and when we returned, he said we need to pay for the whole room in advance, otherwise he would not give back the passport. After several threats and calls to the manager, we ended up paying the room without the deposit, but the whole circus lasted at least 1.5 hours with several threats and calls to the manager. Not a good first impression. Cleaning service: After the check-in incident and sleeping only a few hours because of it, we woke up to the screaming, shouting and loud talking of housekeeping on the hallway at 8:00am. They rang our bell at 8:15am to do the cleaning. This trend continued for all the remaining mornings of our stay and even after putting the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door, they deliberately screamed and shouted even louder. Hot water: by far the biggest issue. Hot water comes and goes: sometimes there is none at all, other times its only for 5 minutes - unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Other: the hotel looks nothing like in the photos. It is barely a 3-star, nevermind the 4 stars it is advertising itself to be. Rooms aren't soundproofed, you can hear every noise on the street, bathrooms are old, rusty and smelly, windows are dirty. The hotel needs to go through a serious renovation and re-training of staff because it is nowhere near the advertisements or the photos online. I guess for the price you shouldn't expect much but there are far nicer hotels around the area, albeit a bit further from the center.

I liked the hotel, it was clean, the hotel was renovated, the interior was beautiful, it was located by the sea, there was a pool. I recommend it!!!

The hotel is very new and clean, beautifully decorated, airy space, the room with sea view is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and cheerful, the breakfast is delicious and has many choices. Next time I will bring the whole family and will choose Prague Hotel. Will definitely recommend it to friends and relatives.
