Had a good time, most American hotels are not a high quality compared to the European and middle eastern hotels where we spend most our time. However the service was pretty good, even if none of the employees had a degree in hospitality like most EU hotel staff has. Great value for money and friendly staff.
The hotel is recently remodeled and looks incredible. The space is designed nicely. The staff at the reception are welcoming, professional, and helpful. Special thanks to Mindy Cruz, who wasn't just helpful but went above and beyond, and was proactive in helping with my reservation. Things like this make me want to keep coming back to this nice hotel.

This hotel is not big, there is only a small lake at the door, and the room facilities are very old. It is very convenient to have a shopping mall similar to an outlet nearby. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the shopping mall. But the overall feeling is not that safe. At 12 o'clock in the evening, the smelly man in the next room beats his wife, and the wife screams all kinds of screams, and no one cares when he hears all kinds of banging sounds. It feels like the woman is about to be beaten to death. Our language is not good. He dared not open the door and waited with the sofa against the door. Fortunately, someone knocked on the door for about half an hour and took the woman away. From time to time, he heard the verbal abuse from the man. This was the most terrible experience of this trip. I didn't see the hotel with security, and the hotel parking lot was open. The room can be used for cooking, there is a washing machine in the room, and the sofa does not seem to be opened as a bed.
We are a NY law firm who had a trial in WPB. We had the pleasure of staying here at the AKA West Palm. This hotel garners high marks for its exceptional service and the most friendly and attentive staff. From start to finish the process was seamless. There was no request that we made that wasn't accomplished in the most careful, attentive manner. We also loved the well-appointed rooms, complete with full kitchens and modern amenities, that catered to us seeking an extended stay. We also commend the hotel's cleanliness and the overall value for the price paid for our stay. Special shoutout to Kelli Roth, senior sales manager, and her whole group who made my job of setting up this trial, the easiest out of town trial in my 40-year career.
In all fairness, the hotel is still good, but there is a flaw. It can be called fraudulent propaganda if it is more serious: it is clear when booking that there is a free airport shuttle bus. But when I got to the Palm Beach airport, I called and told you directly that I didn't.

The stay was great. You can't hear the planes, it was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Don't expect much for breakfast, they didn't have fruit, orange juice, pancakes or eggs. I had a bagel and my boyfriend had a waffle, but those were good. I would go back there!
I had a two-night stay at this hotel and I enjoyed it. The hotel is in a good location. Although it is not super, super close, you can easily walk to the beach. The food options are a bit limited but also good. If you’re looking for a super busy hotel to chat and/or meet others at the bar, it’s not the place. But this Hyatt it is definitely sufficient, comfortable, clean, and ultimately satisfying.

GGuest UserI'm a Bonvoy Gold member, so I say in many Marriott hotels. The Courtyards are definitely not my favorite, but this one had the right location. On the good side, check-in was easy, the hall carpets are clean and good looking, my room was clean and quiet, and I had a good night's sleep. On the bad side, there is no microwave in the room. There is one located by the front desk in the little out cove where you can purchase meals, but you would have to do all your food heating there. What about if you brought in food from the outside? What a hassle that would be. Why can't there be a microwave in each room? My room had absolutely no decorative items such as pictures, wall hangings, or anything else on the walls. The walls were clean and nicely painted, but you got the feeling you were in some hostel. Of course, there isn't any safe in the room. That seems to be a common Courtyard ”attribute”. The shower was another problem. The shower has two wire racks right in the corner next to the shower head. My wife was washing her hair and cut her arm on the top wire soap rack. I'll show a picture of the rack. The shower has body wash, conditioner and shampoo containers, but who can read which is which when your glasses are removed, and your face is wet? Why can't there be a big ”B”, ”C”, and ”S” in large, white lettering? Would I stay here again? Yes, but only because of the convenient location.

We checked into this hotel for 11 nights because my daughter was having surgery in a nearby hospital. When choosing where to stay we considered Airbnb’s nearby for half the price and twice the space. The only reason we chose the hotel over the Airbnb was because we wanted housekeeping services and didn’t want to be busy cleaning when we knew we would be going back and forth to the hospital . Lo and behold, we are here on day 9 and housekeeping has shown up exactly once!! On day 2 we complained to the front desk who told us that they only clean the rooms every third day! Nowhere in the booking was this information disclosed! On day 5 we again complained as our room still wasn’t cleaned even once. Housekeeping showed up on day 6!! When I spoke to the front desk clerk she explained that they are having a lot of short term guests and can’t keep up with the housekeeping demands. Why is that my problem?? I will never again stay at a Hilton hotel. This was the worst experience ever!!
Ppowerlong88Holiday business conference hotel, the surrounding environment is quiet, no car can not travel, driving 15 minutes to have a big supermarket, breakfast is good, the room is very clean!
GGuest UserPlace looks a bit rundown from the outside. It is on a busy and noisy corner. It is right next door to a Target store, which is convenient and it is a nice Target. Rooms are dingy, but clean. The pool is the bomb! Very nice ”Old school” round pool in the center of the building; clean and sparkly. The Tiki Bar is lame, but a nice idea. Breakfast was lame, typical self-serve buffet. They did keep the area clean, so no complaints, just don't be looking for gourmet, it's just food. The one thing that was a rip-off was the shuttle to Sunfest: $45. An Uber was $15.
GGuest UserThis hotel never disappoints! I have stayed here multiple times and the front desk staff are always so polite and inviting. Quick check-in and check-out process. I did not get a chance to have breakfast but it smelled amazing! Nice clean rooms and close to restaurants, shopping and the airport. I intend on staying here over and over again!
GGuest UserWhere to begin? I was passing through and made a reservation for one night. I checked in late at night and there were guests with small children just hanging out outside their room. I found this odd because it was nearly midnight. I checked in and their were also several guests kind of roaming around the place. As I walked to my room I noticed that the common areas of the hotel were dirty and looked fairly run down. I could hear plenty of guests were still active inside their rooms also. Opened my room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Flipped on the room lights and bathroom lights and saw a roach climbing up the wall. Everything in the room needed renovation. Looked old and well used. The bed was not comfortable and very firm. I would not stay there again.
GGuest UserDON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE! From the internet photos, and from the outside, this facility looks like many similar hotels . Checking in, it seemed unusual that the attractive lady in front of us was paying in cash. When we drove around the building to our room, there was a suspicious person just sitting in the vehicle next to our parking spot. I realize ”suspicious” is totally subjective, but sometimes your ”gut” tells you. There were very ”sketchy” characters walking about the back parking lot, and we noticed a sign warning that ”ski masks” were prohibited -- i.e ones that might be used for criminal activity in warm and sunny south Florida. Walking into our room, we noticed that the metal door had large ”bang” dents -- as if someone tried to use a hammer to gain entry. The room had two beds, but only ONE pillow on each, and only a sheet with NO COVERS. Might the room be used for ************? There were cigarette burn marks on the one small table. It looked like a slum. It took only a minute for us to turn around and go fast to the office for an immediate cancellation. We are only glad we had this bad experience in DAYLIGHT. I have been around many blocks. But I would not like being here after dark!
