Overall it's very good, the transportation and location are very convenient to New York! We stayed for seven nights. One night, the drainage in the bathroom suddenly blocked. After taking a shower, water flooded the entire room. We called hotel staff. It turned out that the drain hole was blocked by the hair of the tenant who had not known how many nights. But the problem It was quickly resolved by the housekeeping staff. Although the housekeeping staff used our bath towels to wipe the floor... overall I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel lobby is amazing, I was greeted by Chris at the front desk who handled all of my questions regarding my husbands birthday reservation. The suite was gorgeous. Special thanks to Elena at the restaurant. She really hooked us up w a nice table with a magnificent view of the water. Thanks to this wonderful establishment.

The location is good, close to the pier to Manhattan, every 20 minutes, very convenient! The room is very spacious and bright, and there is a breakfast downstairs that is better than Manhattan! Watching Midtown Manhattan in the evening is incomparable and stunning.

If you go to the exhibition and take a taxi, you have to go up to 40 knives. It seems that you will have to go through a tunnel for an extra 20 knives.

We were so pleased to stay at the Best Western even without any reservation. The hotel was clean, comfortable and everyone was kind and professional. The breakfast was delicious and I recommend it. We encountered a very pleasant employee by the name of Angelique. She literally made us feel at home and that’s what every visitor appreciates. The price was affordable especially in this time which is hard to find. So we give this hotel 5 stars which we rarely do.

Checked-in in late at night ,Gentleman at the front desk was great he was ready with all the paperwork and room key when we arrived. Excellent  service and very friendly. Room was also good, free parking and near to New York. Grab and Go for Breakfast. It was a Value for Money. Recommended!!

The hotel was nice. The front desk was very helpful. My only problem with Trip.com they don’t pay the hotel. This is the second time I used the website and it was an issue where the hotel charged my credit card for the night I stayed when I had already paid thru Trip.com. So I’m in the process of trying to get a refund. I will not be using Trip.com for future trips. I will book directly thru the hotel site. One more thing the hotel site was cheaper than Trip.com

We are free to face the high cost of accommodation in Manhattan. It is a wise choice to choose this hotel outside the island. It is a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the transportation hub. The bus to New York is very common. 30 minutes to New York Times Square. Hotel health is good, breakfast is rich, service is good.

Nothing to complain about! Everything was okay

We stayed here after visiting friends near by. Location is great and they have parking. A very bare minimum of a hotel. The first room they tried to give us reeked of smoke, the whole entire hallway did actually. It was suffocating. We spoke to the front desk and were moved to another room. It smelled much better, but we knew this is the best we were going to get. The bathroom wasn’t in the best condition. Pictures of the moldy ceiling attached. No option to buy any movies. The whole place needs an update. If given the choice, I wouldn’t stay here again.
