The room was small, but the front desk was very good, let us stay at 2 o'clock and wait until 4 o'clock. I booked a room with breakfast, and the waiter poured water on the breakfast, so I had to tip it... the taste and variety were good, but it was not worth it to spend 21 knives directly.

The location is very good, downstairs is a large shopping mall, there are tribute teas nearby, and the environment is also ok, but the pillows are really hard to sleep, I have never slept so uncomfortable, my husband and I did it all night Wake up from a dream. The fact that breakfast is included is that everyone orders 20 dollars for free. If you have more, you have to pay by yourself. More or less will be a little more. The taste is not very good.

The WaterMark was amazing!The room junior suite we reserved for 2 nights was clean, organized, spacious, had an abundance of towels and bathroom amenities were elegant! We had a full living room detached from master bedroom, and a full kitchen also!!! Priced just right for a 2 night stay. This property is 5 stars for sure! Restaurant, mini golf, star hill brewery, food trucks, big play field for kids and family fun All rolled into one great hotel! The staff from front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen were polite and professional and went above and beyond! The property is very sophisticated and full of technology and the security measures are top notch. You have to experience it if your traveling to Tysons area in Va. The capital one hall is amazing and conveniently located and accessible from the hotel. More than enough parking! We will be returning in October for another weekend!!!

I recently returned to this place and my previous review still holds true. Look under Oct. 7 2020. TA will not let me post a link on this review. Still an older hotel that is a great value. Just updating on the breakfast. It is no longer a grab and go breakfast. It is a sit down breakfast. While not something to write about back home, it is decent enough to fill you up to start the day. I would like to contrast this breakfast with the nearby Hawthorne Suites. They also have breakfast back but it is so simple that even I would skip it. The breakfast here is definitely much much better. Incidentally, I found there is a Korean restaurant to the left (facing the hotel) of the hotel. Cross the parking lot and it's there. Maybe 4-5 minutes walk. Tops. Still a very good budget hotel. If you are expecting much more, then don't. You are not charged that much either. BTW, service is still very good. My coffee maker in the room leaked. While this will elicit crazy reviews, I elect to see what the hotel will do. I reported it. Within a few minutes someone came with a brand new one still in its plastic wrapper.

Very good hotel, by Hilton. They are all suites with very good prices. There is breakfast, which is much better than the so-called continental breakfast. The variety is not particularly large, but it is very good, and there are fruits. There is water cola drink coffee in the room. The front desk said that it was originally charged 10 knives. It looks good to you, and it's off to you. Hahaha, I guess this guy said that to everyone. There is a parking lot, which costs 10 knives, and there is no deduction in the end. It is basically open. No one will charge you. The car can also be parked at the next mall. It's very convenient to go to Washington Square. The silver subway is about half an hour or so. It seems to be 5.8 to the parliament during the peak period and 3.8 to the low peak.
There is bestbuy next to it, and other shopping malls such as Wal-Mart are also nearby.
The price and the conditions are really worth it.

Today is my wife's birthday, so I went to a restaurant thinking about breakfast.
However, the restaurant is closed, and there is a bistro next to it,
but instead of serving the food on a plate like McDonald's,
they made it by rolling it on paper.
Also, the prices(11$) were high and the staff were unfriendly.
I don't want to use the restaurant again.

GGuest UserWhere do I even begin with my amazing experience at this hotel?! My girlfriend went to the hotel early as I had to finish at work before joining. They provided her a work space and snacks while waiting for me to arrive. ALINA, CAPTAIN, and SAFET are AMAZING. When Alina and Captain found out it was my girlfriends birthday, they ensured a piece of cake along with a candle (with a lighter!) was put in our room to surprise us when we opened the door. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was spectacular and bathroom was also very clean. When we went down for breakfast we were greeted by the most amazing man, Safet. He had a wonderful sense of humour and ensured that we were happy with our meal. Breakfast was also incredible. Towards the end of my stay I met with the area manager, Matt, who was also incredibly kind and welcoming. The customer service from start to finish was absolutely incredible. We were always greeted with smiles and when you’re far from home, that counts. Thank you to the wonderful and kind staff at this hotel! We would never stay anywhere else if we returned.

JjayecuThe guest service experience I recently encountered at Hilton was truly disappointing. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, my wife is entitled to a daily F&B credit of $15, and the same amount of credit extends to an accompanying guest. However, during our recent stay, I noticed that only a $15 credit was applied to her account instead of the expected $30 for both my wife and myself. The $30 credit was confirmed by front desk staff members during our check-in the previous night (We always confirm the total F&B credit amount with the front desk agent when checking in). Upon bringing this matter to the attention of the front desk agent during check-out the next day, I was assured a refund since my account had been settled without the proper credit. However, despite this promise, no refund has been issued. Subsequent attempts to resolve the matter with Hilton Honor Customer Service were unproductive and very disappointing, as both the hotel and the HHnors CS team failed to take any corrective actions. According to the HHonors Customer Service agent, a case number was generated after talking with the HHonors CS team; however, despite this action, the hotel failed to address the issue. Unfortunately, the HHonors agent did not provide any helpful action, merely suggesting that I directly contact the hotel. Despite making multiple calls directly to the hotel, reaching out to various departments including the front desk manager, accounting department, and even the General Manager, all attempts to communicate were in vain as my calls were repeatedly transferred to someone who did not answer. Later, I was informed by the HHonors Customer Service agent that some HHonors points were given to my account, but she had no idea at all whether this was a result of the hotel's corrective action or simply due to my stay at the hotel. As I have not heard anything from the hotel so far, I am thinking of writing a letter to the corporation to address these service failure issues. Having previously worked for many years as a front office manager at several Hiltons, I have considered myself a loyal Hilton enthusiast. However, it is disconcerting to witness a lapse in service quality at my preferred hotel, where a customer's concerns are ignored, promises are unfulfilled, and the loyalty of a Diamond member goes unrecognized. This situation has left me questioning the integrity of the service provided by a brand I once held in high regard.

GGuest UserClean, Quiet and convenient The rooms were nice and clean , bed was not the most comfortable. People complained about the AC must have not figured out how to use it. It would come on amd off as needed. Never had a problem with it not coming on. Couple of things… hotel told us they had a shuttle when we called to verify, which we were planning to get to the metro. However, despite it sitting right out front of hotel without a sign on it stating “NOT iN USE”. Nothing to tell you that unless you read the tiny print on one of the many signs at the front desk. There should be a sign clearly stating no shuttle in service so it is not expected. And the front desk person offered no assistance or knowledge to help us get to metro , like telling us there was one right down the street that was walkavwl. Also there was next to nothing in the hotel pantry store. Don’t count on that either. There is metro stop within walking distance of the hotel and also there is several restaurants very close. If parking in the garage ( charge) should have a smaller vehicle it is very tight entrance cannot be over 7’ tall vehicle. Very tight squeeze to enter the garage. But there is ample feee parking on the street. Convenient location , yet quiet as it sits away from the road in a business park. We would stay here again the next time we return to that area.

GGuest UserI use to stay here when it was Hawthorne suites and it seems the new owners have only half stepped with the hotel. The breakfast is basic, eggs and sausage Pattie’s with the bagels and English muffins being cut into smaller portions. No cereal or fruit. The pool is closed and the laundry room is closed ( although there was a sign saying it would be open on the 5th, it was not ) the gym is extremely small with no ventilation and huge piles of towels blocking a good majority of the floor. The rooms have had the carpet removed which is great however the walls need to be deep cleaned. Towels are extremely small. Water pressure in both the bathroom and kitchen is terrible. They no longer provide wash cloths for the kitchen or dish soap. It’s not terrible but there is for sure room for improvement

There is no words to say to describe this hotel. It’s one of the best extended stay I have ever been to across the united state. From the staff to the rooms to the location everything was just incredible. You get everything you ask for to get a comfortable stay. WOW!!
