I have been here to attend a 3-day conference at the conference center next door. Great hotel! VEry clean and modern. I was fortunate to get a room on teh 27th floor wit a view over the water - maginificent. The rooms are clean, large enough, and functional. There are a few decent restaurants in teh hotel and many more at your doorstep. The hotel shop is almost an entire supermarket. If you forgot something at home they have it there! Even all sorts of food. Only (tiny) negative aspect are the elevators. Although there are enough of them on rush hour you may have to wait more than 5 minutes for one to come.

There are so many white people coming to the disco. There is no independent elevator for the guests. The room is a premium version for the whole family

I always enjoy my stays at the Embassy Suites! The room was remarkably clean, everything worked properly, the comfort level was great & this location was close to the majority of places I wanted to visit. The only small downside was that the amenities that I enjoy the most were unavailable due to the pandemic; namely, the Breakfast & Cocktail Hour. Overall, I’d still say it was a great stay!

Hyatt deceits too much! ! ! If the agent doesn't reply, it doesn't matter, just go to the bank directly and freeze all deductions. On the day the bank froze, Ctrip notified that the agent replied that there were several debits that were wrong. 🤑 Therefore, don't be afraid of the big shop bullying customers! Find a more authoritative one (this is the only way to deal with Americans, whoever insists on talking!) In the follow-up, I chatted with my friends and said that Hyatt is like this! So, lesson learned! Suggestion, if you can not choose Hyatt, don't choose Hyatt! ! ! 👎

The hotel location can also be next to a small river and then downtown. Although it is the city center but there is nothing to eat and no shopping malls, but the hotel is nice. It is convenient to visit the aquarium and busch garden if you want to shop or recommend Hotels near the airport have parking and takeaway can be delivered upstairs

Was visiting my son for USF family weekend and decided to book this hotel based on the proximity to the university. Hotel is under renovations which I knew before booking . Parking needs to be paid separately is not complementary. Room is average and my biggest complaint is how small the toilet and shower area is . The room didn’t have any complementary toiletries and since I brought my own I didn’t bother to ask at front desk . Friendly staff and good breakfast. Maybe will stay here again after renovations are completed.

This is a very good experience, one bedroom and one living room, the big bed is very comfortable, the sofa bed in the living room can be opened is a double bed, there is a kitchen, the tableware is complete, the waiter cleans the room every day, the location is in the city center, away from the pier Very close, close to the attractions, 1 km from the supermarket, the hotel has paid parking, 1 km away from the car rental company. There is breakfast, there are basketball courts, hot springs, swimming pools, but the pool is cool. The price is reasonable. Recommended.

This hotel has not been renovated in years and it does not have double pane glass windows. The rooms that face the street sound like you are sleeping on the highway. I asked to move and the hotel is full; I get that... but there is no way a hotel should be selling rooms that are this noisy. They have a little white noise machine that does nothing to block the noise of sirens and yahoos racing down the street. Avoid unless you can get a courtyard facing room. Also...I'm in a room with two queen beds and one of them was clearly not changed after the last guest was here. See photo... The front desk woman Anita was super nice, but one of the men working the front could not have cared less when I mentioned that the noise was unacceptable.
