The stay at this location was one of the worst stays I have experienced in a facility. I received notification to check-in online (which I completed), when I arrived to the hotel the employee stated she had no idea how the online check in works and didn't believe this location was part of that system. I had to check in all over again. Upon entry to our room it smelled or urine and smelled of animal feces in the opposite corner of the room. All furniture, was covered in dust, there was hair (not ours) in our beds and bathroom sink. The counter in the bathroom had mold all around the seams against the wall. The fire sprinkler in the bathroom ceiling was hanging out of the ceiling. The bathroom ceiling vent was covered in dirt and dust. Not only did the toilet run all night it had horrible stains in the bowl. The bathroom linens were ripped and torn. All mirrors, windows and TV had wipe smears all over them. The door handles, locks and light switches were smudged with finger prints, dirt and what appeared to be dried food. The AC smelled of mildew so we did not use it. Other guests were loud, yelling and in the halls out in front of our door until 3 AM.

Excellent stay for hubbys birthday weekend at Carlisle. Staff was sooo nice and helpful. Hotel was super clean! Fitness center was perfect for a quick workout. It worked fine but the pool is very small. Breakfast was very simple nothing fancy but it got the job done!

Dated but clean. Good beds and linens, Good breakfast. I would say Yes to the stay. Ashley was welcoming and professional at front desk. Location was convenient off highway, Good hot shower with nice pressure. Towels were nice and white and soft Good tv

Very disappointed in this Holiday Inn Express, all my requests handicapped bathroom, no down pillows, I’m allergic to them so of course the room was filled with them, nothing we requested four days earlier was followed especially after we arrived from a 5hr drive into this hotel, at 1:30am, the room smelled moldy, sheets were not fresh and dirty, room was dirty & dusty. Sofa was stained, no Bible in the room, Sign for extra towels that they charge for them, also the products were bolted to the wall. Would never recommend go to Hilton or Hampton Suite or Inn much better for the price, we paid $300 for two night a motel would have been much better, only thing that was good was the breakfast but I feel it should be until 11am check out time.

Dirty, run down,, needs updated desperately!! No elevator,frig leaked all over the floor,,several unsavory people hanging around,, worried about our vehicle parked outside... could not understand front desk employees would NOT stay here again,, breakfast was wothless

Panka J Patel front desk was excellent I got , I lefted my shoes and he make sure I got them back. I stayed 6 days. Also the house keepers made sure my room was always supplied with everything I needed. I got all my sleep caught up . Chad Dave was great as well morning front desk. He shuttled me to and from kenworth were my truck was. Really the whole staff was excellent. I will be coming back to stay here in the near future.
