"The first choice for families to vacation in San Mateo on weekends. The breakfast is rich and different every day. The room is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and the environment is comfortable. I have two regrets. The gym is a bit small but well ventilated, and there is no hot pool."

"This hotel stayed for 4 nights, but compared to other Holiday Inns, the service can only be said to be average, the Housekeeping is not timely enough, the front desk service is also average, the breakfast restaurant is still very good, and the order is much better than other mainland simple meals. The location is good. It takes only 30 minutes to drive to Fisherman's Wharf. Parking is difficult in San Francisco. It's good to live here and drive to the city."

"Our stay was amazing! We were treated like royalty by Jocelyn at the checkin desk!! Breakfast was great, room was very spacious as we are ADA, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful!! Would definitely stay here again!!! Highly recommend!"

"The location was very good. It’s easy to access the SFO airport. We can take the shuttle bus every 30min and brought us directly to the hotel.
The view from my room was also fantastic. We could see the airplane so many times with San Francisco bay in the background. I spent my first day of SFO with coffee and nice view. I was very cozying."

"Excellent overall. The room was very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Location just minutes from the airport and rental car returns. It's a little isolated, but has what looks like a solid restaurant with a surprising variety of drinks and dishes. More restaurants are about 5 minutes away, on the way is parking for a pleasant bay walk. The only real complaint is the lable/signage on the hotel is out of date, reflecting previous management, so I wasted 5 minutes driving around; hopefully this gets this taken care of soon."

GGuest UserThe environment is actually quite quiet, and the side near the highway may be noisy. 10 minutes walk to costco or the other side of the safeway. The most amazing thing about hotels/motels is that there is no breakfast room. The so-called breakfast is in the room of the retail machine next to the front desk, standing drinking coffee and eating a few poor small cakes, super speechless. The refrigerator in the room is super large, but how does the ice cube inside have a nucleic acid taste?
