Hilton Huiting hardware facilities are generally new and the service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are located in the middle-grade family travel, refrigerator, microwave oven, pots and pans are available. Parking is free. During the epidemic, breakfast can be taken back to the room or take out, and the service is very user-friendly. This family has maintained the brand's consistent standard, there is a seminary nearby in Sharining design, worth seeing ～.

We stayed for few night visiting here for family and friends and we loved it. Front desk people were very nice and accommodating and pool was open. We enjoyed our stay here we will be definitely be back.

When I booked the room I asked for an accessible shower meaning one that was flat with the floor. We got an accessible room with a tub/shower with a support bar. I decided to do with it for 2 nights. Later that night I realizes that our King bed was a Queen. The normal information book that you find in a room did not exist. I went to the front desk and asked for a TV channel listing. The one that they gave me was off by 3 numbers on every channel. The next day we went out sight seeing and came back in the afternoon to find that our room had not been addressed by housekeeping. I talked to a housekeeper in the hall and was told that we were not on his list. He also said that they do not do housekeeping every day unless you requested it at the front desk. This was the first that I heard of this. I told the front desk clerk that we needed fresh bathroom linen. He said that he would leave a note for his relief who would be there in 30 minutes. Two and a half hours later I went to the front desk and the relief knew nothing about it. She did give me some fresh towels,, etc.

The location was great with restraunts nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was far better than expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The complaints were few. There was a high pitched ringing noise from the vent in the bathroom. It was random and not present long enough to be able to report to staff. The hallway smelled strongly of ********* at intermittent times during our overnight stay. We would stay again despite the slight issues.

Holiday Inn Express on the north side of Fort Wayne was a convenient stopping point on our recent trip. It proved to be a good choice. The hotel is about 5 years old but still feels new. The bed was wonderfully comfortable with both soft and firm pillows. The king room and bath were very clean. The room amenities were good with one exception -- the hard, uncomfortable lounge chair that is currently supplied at HIE. HIE breakfast is always plentiful and tasty -- a good start to the day. We love the signature cinnamon rolls! Lighting is good with the exception of the bathroom mirror which makes shaving challenging. Overall, we were happy with this HIE experience, and we would stop again.

The breakfast buffet is truly outstanding. My favorite service (shout out to Theresa!) and foods selection in my travels. We had special needs. The staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. This was not our first stay at the hotel. Thank you so much for making our overnight stay so enjoyable.
