Best Niles Hotels

Don't let the fact that this hotel is geared for more long-term stays keep you from spending just a couple of nights. If you like big, comfortable rooms, with a full kitchen, and even utensils, (and detergent for your dish washer, yes it has a dish washer) then if you get a chance to stay you should. The hotel is one of the cleanest, freshest, and most-welcoming I have stayed at in ages. The staff seem genuinely happy to see and host you. The lobby is a quick glimpse of the hospitality to come, with great places to lounge and gather, and should the weather agree an outside fire pit adds to the feel. Then to be offered a great, real, full choice of a hot breakfast as included, and your day, no matter what is planned will start out right. I was only there for two nights, and I love the fact that when I left, I had a 'wish I could stay longer' (or live there) feeling.

The place was clean and they were great staff in office are amazing

Hotel was clearly clean. The housekeeper was friendly and was willing to answered to my needs. The rooms were very clean. The hotel staff was understanding and was helpful. I recommend people staying here.

Hotel breakfast is OK, the room air conditioning is a bit noisy The key is that the water feels slippery and greasy after washing the body, I don't know what to add

I travel the Midwest for work. I am a high level Marriot Bonvoy member but whenever I come to this area I choose this hotel. You would never guess you are only at a Holiday Inn Express. Common areas are well kept and clean. Rooms are a little dated but extremely clean and tidy. Best part is the pool and hot tub area. Extremely clean and nice area to relax. Hot tub is absolutely wonderful.

Not far from the I80 highway, it is convenient

The manager on duty today was absolutely heartless and rude. She isn't trying to work with me an won't even give me a key. To get back into my room if I had to leave to get the money.

-not a great cooling system: noisy, seemed inefficient -Room shabby: 2 corners of lighted bathroom mirror chipped, one of three lights above sink missing -2 holes (cigarette burns?) at top of top sheet! -In the a.m. key card didn't work (& I was on 3rd floor with no elevator) -tell the city & county administrators that when taxes/fees reach 15.5% they are telling visitors they don’t really care about attracting patrons
