Overall, I am very impressed. The room and bathroom were excellent and very clean. Staff were very courteous. Only negative experience was with the TV. I did not get Chromecast working on my iPhone and gave up after a few minutes of trying. Yes, I plan to stay here again next time.
Have stayed at other Larkspur Landings and would say this one was the lowest overall experience of the ones have stayed at. Staff was friendly during check in and during the stay, however the web site is misleading as it says ”Breakfast” which makes it sounds like they have the original set up for Breakfast as before Covid, but not so, all of the furniture is pilled up and Breakfast is picking pre-made items off a menu and they will bag them up and have them waiting for you the next morning. The decor and ambiance looks old and worn, in the elevators some of the ceiling light panels were missing, it appeared as if they are putting some new hallway carpets in, as half of the hallway carpets were missing on each floor and just cement. We stayed only for one night and had a studio room, the room was ok, but the bathroom was angled in the room and when you walk out, have to be careful not to stub your toe on the bed frame, also in the bathroom the texture was peeling off the walls and was also bubbled in quite a few places, the sink cabinet was banged up and looked old and worn as well. Overall this location needs an update and refresh on the decor and rooms. Would suspect they have a lot of guests each night due to the number of business's around and close by, but the overall appearance is run down from the inside. We would not stay at this larkspur location again, so many other options around. In addition there are signs around the parking lot to not keep valuables in your car due to frequent break ins.
I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you we were treated nicely by the hotel staff and the rooms were very clean and close by to stores. We will not stay soon agin at the hotel if we are able to earn enough trip coins to help us.

Silicon Valley area, close to the intersection. The environment is tidy and clean, and the receptionist is very patient even though he doesn't speak English well. Breakfast is provided in the morning, and there is a happy hour in the afternoon where you can drink wine and eat snacks for free. The room is clean and spacious, the TV is large enough and can be connected to other streaming platforms, and it comes with a large refrigerator and microwave. The hotel also has a gym, swimming pool, and barbecue facilities. The small drawback is that the sound insulation is slightly weak near the door and windows.
Overall, I am very satisfied and will choose this place next time I come here.
Water pressure in the shower is extremely low and makes showers take longer. The manager is stingy. I paid for 2 guests with breakfast, but because she only saw 1 guest she didn’t want to give 2 breakfast vouchers for each day. Also, was a mix up on what time my room could be made up. I was told my room couldn’t be made up later than 2:30pm. I never saw that anywhere in writing.
Just stayed here while visiting Enchant. This hotel has a very special place in my heart and cannot say enough about the management company and how their amazing leadership flows down to its staff.i checked in with Tony, super friendly, accommodating, helpful..simply eludes a sense of family. The one bedroom suite always works for our family of 4. They brought us the pillows and blankets we had requested online...houseman was also very nice. The a/c unit was a little loud but it blasted cool air out without any wait time. The water pressure in the shower was awesome! We haven't experienced such pressure from a hotel in a very long time. On check out day, I enjoyed breakfast in the presence of Cleo who was just fabulous. She was just overly friendly, how can one NOT smile with her being around?! I eat hed her greet everyone in the gatehouse as they came in..didn't shy away from all the Late guests arriving for breakfast! She offered the guests mango smoothies, nice touch! Love the community tables! At checkout, it was so nice to see Sylvia..she's been a staple of that hotel for a very long time. Super proud of her and what she has become! I met her when she was a housekeeper and gatehouse attendant, and to see her move up thru these years speaks volumes about the company she works for and the work ethic the company fosters. I know this hotel takes care of its own for so many years and what an amazing job they have done!! Thank you for another great stay!
Stayed two nights and used the small conference room for a business meeting. The room surpassed my high expectations with a very comfortable bed, a hot shower with refreshing pressure and spray pattern, very clean, comfortable, and a HUGE TV. I was impressed with how easy it was to project Netflix from my iPad to the TV. The internet service was fast, uncomplicated and flawless. Every staff member I interacted with was talkative, friendly and committed to service. I travel often and wish every hotel met this level of excellence.
I always stay here as a staycation or if my friends are visiting. The room is very clean, spacious, and a great location. There’s a Safeway within walking distance, chick fil a, and other restaurants. The front desk, Jamie was very kind and helpful with our check in. She gave us complimentary parking as a one time courtesy so that was greatly appreciated. One suggestion I have is to change the pillows or provide more comfortable pillows because the ones in our rooms were very flat and uncomfortable to sleep in.
We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn SJ/Milpitas. I love the newly renovated room, clean and the staff were friendly. However, I unfortunately experienced a concerning incident during my stay that I want to share. On the first morning of my stay, someone knocked on our door at around 8 am and opened it. We assumed it was housekeeping but the person didn't announce themselves as ”housekeeping” like they usually do. Fortunately, we had the safety door lock in place, so the person wasn't able to open the door wide. We didn't think much about it and we curled up back to bed. We couldn't see who it was anyway as the person closed the door when we got up to check. Later in the morning, around 9:30 am, I went downstairs to get breakfast. When I returned to the room, my son informed me that someone had knocked on the door again and this time the person was able to open the door and walk inside (This time the safety door lock was not in place cause I went outside to get bfast and my son still in bed). It was a man, and when he saw my son, he quickly left the room. I was understandably upset and immediately called the front desk to report the incident. The staff conducted an investigation to find out who the man was and called me back an hour later to inform me that he was a new housekeeper. However, I find it hard to believe that a housekeeper wouldn't know to announce themselves before entering a guest's room, and I never received an apology from the hotel management or any further explanation of what happened. It was terrifying and I was suspicious that they were not telling me the truth. Anything could have happened in that 30 min that my son was alone in the room while I went to get bfast. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff, this incident left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the security of my stay. I hope that the hotel takes steps to ensure the safety and privacy of their guests in the future.
Clean and quiet and has everything you need. I found a few maintenance issues in my room (419). The windows are drafty and the closet door doesn’t slide on it’s track. The staff was friendly and efficient. The “grab and go” breakfast was decent and convenient (given Covid restrictions, I would say they are doing the best they can). There was also an evening “grab and go” social that was nice, but no beer and wine as usual. This is a good place to stay, close to 880 and 237 freeway and In the heart of Silicon Valley.
