Let me start off by saying my children had an unpleasant experience with some bullying/racial comments/pushing from some other kids (no fault of the Hotel). Madison who was a life guard saw this and stopped it immediately. She informed us what happened and we can't thank her enough for her standing up for our boys(6 & 7). The next life guard was also informed who apologized when my boys and I came up on the slide. Chris M is the banquet manager who heard about this and went above and beyond like I have never seen in my life. He spoke to the other children's family, took care of us and really ensured my boys were good. It did not stop there. Chris must have informed other staff of our experience and the attention and support they have ALL provided is unmeasurable. Not just at the time of the incident, but our entire stay. Holly and Anissa at the front desk also followed up with us and went above and beyond. Holly treated us like we were family even upon check out made sure we were good. Every single staff member took pride in taking care of customers. This service was the best we have ever had and it was unbelievable! High five to Alex, Aaron, Erin, and Charles as well who took service to another level. If you have an opportunity to stay at this location, you will not be disappointed and worth every single cent. The attention they give to customers is 2nd to none!! We will 100% be back and again, probably the best hospitality experience we have ever had and we travel a lot.
I am Complementing the Front Desk Employees, particularly Omar. My daughter goes on Respite weekends with her Special Needs Group once a month. When they head West or North we always use the Hampton Inn as a safe spot to drop her off for her pick up. The staff always welcomes her with open arms and provides a safe environment for her. Omar always goes above and beyond for her to feel welcome. I have been a Hilton Member for years now. I use to be Diamond status but have been ill the last 2 years and lost my status but they are just as wonderful to her. One day hopefully I’ll be back to traveling and will be a regular at the Hampton in Yuma! In the meantime I’m coming to stay at the Marana Hotel in appreciation for all the kindness they have shown my Daughter! A Big thank you and shout out to Omar!!

Stayed two nights. Convenient location near the freeway entrance. Reasonably quiet. Attractive, well maintained building. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The heater worked well. Room amenities included microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Plenty of convenient power jacks. Bathroom with everything in working order, good water pressure. Complimentary wifi (worked well). Convenient parking.
When I first arrived to the property, everything looked fine. I was only going to be in town for one day and really just needed a bed. I checked in around 1am and checked out by 8am and the staff was very courteous. When I arrived in my room, I looked out the window just to see if I could see my car. It turned out that I was on the other side of the building, but I did notice something strange. On the ground right outside my window were 3 large window screens. The only reasons I can think of for the removal of window screens are for repair or maintenance or for some type of sneaky entrance. I imagine that if the reason was maintenance, they would have been replaced rather than simply left on the ground. Anyway, after I finally got into bed and was trying to sleep, I had to get back up to close the bathroom door because the tub was leaking and, of course, in the dead of night, it echoes. The next night while at home, my back started itching. I lifted up my shirt and looked in the mirror to see my upper back covered with bites. I am praying I didn't bring home any bed bugs!! The price for the night was the cheapest I had found, but perhaps this is one of those times that you get what you pay for.
