Very new, very clean, lobby also offers popcorn and sweet sugar balls. The underground car park is large. Next to the trader joes, wholefoods and safeway. Ideal for family outings.
I chose this hotel specifically because of the fireplace, which was advertised as a key feature of the room. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the fireplace didn't work. I checked in late, and the staff wasn't able to resolve the issue, possibly due to the late hour. While I understand that things can go wrong, it was disappointing that the main reason I chose this hotel was unavailable and that there wasn't any effort to make up for it. Overall, my experience was less enjoyable than I had hoped.
This is the worst of my experience in any of the properties by Marriott so far. I made a corporate booking and stayed here for 7 days. Here is some feedback on the extremely arrogant and weird staff from this hotel ... 1) When I reached for check in, I waited in the queue for 30 minuets along with 3 more members and the staff responsible for providing keys was roaming here and there with his mobile carelessly for 30 mins. 2) There were a total 2 towels in the room and kitchen was not properly cleaned. The room was not properly checked and a heavy noise was coming from AC entire night , due to which I can't sleep. It took them 2 nights to fix the issue. 3) WORST ONE -- I selected the hotel as there was kitchen in the room , so that I can prepare my dinner. But for 7 consecutive days those arrogant staff didn't provided any room service including cleaning of kitchen utensils ,trash removal, or new towels. I went to front desk and complained 3 times in 7 days but those shameless and weird staff tried raising their hands and kept on cross questioning me with stupid questions like-- when did u came, whom u complained for room cleaning, why can't u ask the people cleaning rooms to clean ur room etc etc .. I talked to the workers who used to clean rooms, they told my room number is excluded from their list for any kind of servicing. I talked to the staff in hotel again but those shameless people seating in front desk hardly did anything. (thinking no one is supervising them and no one can can force them to do any work.) The person said they provide room service once in 2 days so wait for next day , but nothing happened in next day also. The guests in hotel are getting treated on the basis of their race... Finally I gave up and ordered all my dinners from Uber Eats for 7 days , as no-one came to clean the kitchen.. Finally trash in the kitchen started smelling badly in entire room. 4) Free Breakfast: they have minimal items on the name of breakfast, and they don't have any information on ingredients of the breakfast along with any allergic information. I questioned about couple of items asking do they have egg , and duffers reacted saying we don't know ... I requested front desk to add information on ingredients and allergy, but as usual they made fun of me and said we don't have any such provisions, if you have issues don't eat them. Here are some pics of the room , which states they didn't feel responsibility to clean kitchen, bathroom, change towels etc ..

This hotel is less expensive than most in the area, so my expectations were quite low prior to arriving. I was therefore surprised when the room was better than I anticipated. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were fine. On the negative side, the towels were disappointing because they tend to repel rather than absorb water. The shower head was strong, but the bathtub floor was quite slippery. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, requiring me to go to the front desk for shampoo. The room had an “old” smell when entering at first, but that dissipated after being in the room for a bit. Breakfast was adequate, but lacking better fresh fruit selections and sugar free yogurt and cereals. Overall, the hotel provided what we needed which was a comfortable place to sleep in a convenient location, at a better price than most hotels in the area. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating. In summation, the hotel was better than expected, but not quite up to snuff. I don’t know if I would stay there again, and would rather pay more at another location for better accommodations.
I stayed at this hotel for the second time. This is a Marriott hotel, with a kitchen, cooking utensils and cutlery. It is very convenient to cook. Hotel transportation is convenient, breakfast is available, and there are more varieties to choose from. Pure American style, you can experience it.
The breakfast was okay, the milk, juice, bread and fruit were all self-collected. The room is suitable, and the price is relatively good, free parking.
The front desk was very responsible, the accommodation fee was deducted, and the front desk actively communicated with Ctrip to explain the possible reasons. The best thing is breakfast. The parking lot is very convenient, just on the ground floor.
We had to come to town for appointment at Stanford. We had no idea where we were going, but this quaint, friendly, little motel was perfect! Lovely garden area to sit in and relax under the tree, breakfast brought to your room at your appointed time, pool. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to Stanford. Don’t want to give away our little gem. Very special place
Really nice clean hotel. Location is great - close to Stanford, shopping, restaurants etc. We had a room with a King bed. The room was insanely large and spotlessly clean. One of the best hotel ”free” breakfasts I have seen. The menu rotates daily and has good variety. They even served fried eggs one morning (not just those weird omelet things that most hotels serve). There was fresh berries and melon, whipped cream for the waffles, definitely an upgrade from most hotel breakfasts. There is a small room on the first floor with a pool table and tv where you can chill. We didn't notice until our last night there, but wouldn't have had time to use it anyways. Lots of parking. If you come back late at night the small outdoor lot is usually full, but they have a garage underneath with plenty of stalls. Garage feels pretty safe - requires key card access and is gated.
It was nice and quiet specially for a long weekend time.
The room was OK. Comfortable beds and pillows.
The floor needs to be cleaned better and there some ants walking around more visible in the bathroom. I think needs some spray before the summer officially starts.
The pool was not ready no towels provided until Sunday.
The jacuzzi was hot but only 4 jets out of 12 were working.
I cleaned the leaves and tree brushes and... inside the pool and spa before using it myself ....
