We had a great time at Green Links, the condo was very clean, had all the essentials, the people at the front desk were extremely kind, helpful and met some additional accommodations we asked for. The total property and pool area again, extremely clean, well taken care of!!! We will certainly be back to this property, no question about it. We could only golf at the Mustang course as the Flammingo course was closed. Mustangs course was nice and I would say in good shape, not great but not poor. I would recommend this place to family and friends with no question!

Great service, friendly staff, convenient, clean .... I just was not a fan of the mosquitoes but other then that, pool has BBQ area, management was always available and affordable prices even for week

My wife and I just came back from a 5-day stay here in Naples... The hotel was everything we could ask for: An exquisite pool area that was heated with a hot tub and it stayed open till 10:00 p.m. A workout facility that was second to none. A wonderful free breakfast(different everyday) as well as a bar/restaurant that offered a happy hour everyday from 4:00 to 6:00pm. Kayla and Monica were behind the bar during our stay and we're super. You really never needed to leave the hotel to have a great time with the beautiful view Of a lake with a fountain. Plenty of chairs to lounge on and access to food and drink. Our room could not have been any nicer. Everything worked great and the service was second to none. The front desk always greeted you with a smile (Vicki) and The manager Carlos seem to be there 24 hours a day and was always there to make sure you were taken care of. Shelby, director of sales, was always friendly and helpful. Naples Beach and The shops at 5th Avenue we're only a few minutes away and even Marco Island was but a quick half hour drive.... There was a Culver's, a sports bar and a nice Italian restaurant all within walking distance as was Publix. My main takeaway is I could not believe this was a Hampton Inn. It felt like a five-star resort at times. The decor was modern with a Florida, beach-like feel.. And you were made to feel at home the minute you arrived. Can't wait to go back! Tim & Karen Kerns

Room 324. First time staying in a hotel since the pandemic began & expected less. This was good. Carpet and walls clean, neat and comfortable. Elevator clean. Room was small, but fine for just two people. Beds were very soft and I prefer a firmer sleep, but OK. Bathroom clean but very small. There was an odd spot up high in the shower, on the wall. Someone should clean that. Desk did not have electrical outlets near, as that was under the TV. No bible in room. Breakfast was better than pre-pandemic! Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes,fruit, cinnamon buns, the works. Every staff member I met were friendly and helpful. Cracker Barrel right next door, easy stroll. We paid $201 so I am hoping that is somehow pandemic related, as that is pretty high for a small room. Overall, better than we expected and we always stay at Holiday Inn express.

We've stayed at this property since it was first built and it was amazing back in the day. It's went downhill over the years. The hotel rooms are so-so and are definitely in need of some updating. The rooms are dark and dingy and some of the lighting in the rooms need to have bulbs replaced in the overhead vanity lights, etc. Updated and additional lighting throughout the rooms would be a plus! The wall paper was peeling in the bathrooms and the rooms were generally dark and dingy. The pillows are flat and horrible. The carpeting in the rooms had burn holes and dirty. The elevators are also dirty. The hotel has deodorizer machines plugged in all over the hallways to disperse an obnoxious deodorant spray to mask odors. The housekeeping staff talks very loudly in the hallways all day long. We never utilize housekeeping during our stays but asked for a few replacement towels and they seemed to be bothered by this. The breakfast buffet was always a disheveled mess and somewhat risky to say the least. The hard boiled eggs were in a communal dish as were the bread and pastry items and people were grabbing items with their hands. The toaster had metal tongs next to it to remove the toasted items, as the knobs were missing. I'm fairly sure that using metal tongs along with a toaster, isn't a great idea. We felt horrible for the one and only person working the breakfast area. This solo employee had to keep it organized and clean, as there were many guests that were absolute slobs that were hoarding massive amounts of food, and then throwing most of it in the overflowing trash cans. Perhaps it's difficult to keep up with a few of the low class guests that are messy, loud and disrespectful of the property. For the high price, it's really not worth staying here.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I especially want to note the breakfast staff named Marielle (sp). Not only was she smiling, cheerful and cleaning everything in site but she went around and told everyone that she was putting away breakfast and would you want to get anything more! She was amazing!
