The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

The lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.

Nice modern room, even if a bit small for 4 people. The main table turns into another bed. There's a good fridge, a coffee maker, tea and coffee. Good shower and good products in the bathroom. The pools were basic but great with a nice water temperature. The service from all the staff was great, they really have a good customer service culture.

In addition to the breakfast is quite rich, the other is really too general, the front desk's brother accent is very strange, the room is not soundproof, the name is very magic, in fact, it is still a common motel in the United States, and children are only because there are some simple children's play Facilities only

Count your towels and wash rags when you get in. We had to buy more because they didnt have any to give us and we were told there was enough for 8 of us but there wasnt. Even with buying our children magic washrags from dollar tree we didnt have enough. They will not give you new towel and wash rags everyday you will need to wash them every day. Wouldnt have been bad if the dryer didnt take 2 hrs to dry.. They also did not have enough pool towels to give us. Thankfully my 5 brough our own but my in laws did not since the website says that pool towels are given for the pool. They do not wipe down the cabanas. They told us if we wanted to use them than we would have to wipe them down ourselves or take our chances. We got locked out of our room everyday. I also know that there was a lot of your rooms are not ready going on. I'm hoping they are just short staffed but it seemed to be the theme that week with everyone. We were lucky enough to get our room when we checked in. Also they said my card did not work when I used it at the pool bar just 20 min prior. They had me re do it with the same card and it worked. The townhouse itself was nice and big and we had enough room for all of us. I am not sure if this was recently bought and they are working the kinks out but they need to do better on their housekeeping and making sure they have enough towels and washrags for everyone. This place wont be my 1st choice..

My daughter and I needed a bit of decompressing after helping a friend move. We decided Kissimmee was just what we needed. This hotel is a Good Neighbor hotel of Walt Disney World. We have stayed in a lot of Comfort Suites and this now is our favorite. It has a deluxe hot breakfast, including Mickey waffles. The pool is open 24 hours and the proximity to Old Town is a plus. I would 100% stay here again.

Manager was on site to give me a tour of the facility including where the laundry services were ! Some smart TVs would be great ! There are many children that play in that hotel , maybe different programs will help in entertaining them . Love the hotel size and how sociable Everyone is
