"Super good experience, there are super delicious cookies at the front desk, breakfast is also good (standard white breakfast) hotel two beds are king size bed. The microwave coffee machine in the hotel is very complete. Service attitude is also very nice. The health is great and there is no taste. You can also make your own waffles for breakfast."

"The room was spacious and perfect for our little family get-away! Location is great! Staff were friendly and responsive. The pool and hot tub needed better up-keep but we were able to use it. Our room was recently remodeled with new bathroom tub, counters, etc. There was a new heat/air unit that also had a “dry” setting that worked really well to keep the room comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was clean and soft. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
"This hotel was a surprising all-around winner. I had interactions with three staff, and all of them were cheerful, friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was clean and well-supplied, the breakfast was ample, and the property is located near several good eating options. On the first floor, there is a family-friendly play area with two foosball tables and several tables scattered around for groups to hang out and play games. Helpfully, TRU provides a selection of board games and puzzles for groups to enjoy. Additionally, there is a fire-pit on site if people want to enjoy some time around a campfire outside. All in all, this hotel is a winner!"
"Consistent holiday style, this decoration is old-fashioned, no green and pleasing to the new hotel. It is difficult to find a way to drive at night, the billboard is far from the hotel, and it is easy to mislead the driver. It took me a lot of effort, and later people should be cautious."
"The location is very good, only three minutes walk from Meijer supermarket, very convenient. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. It takes only a few minutes to drive to Chance, which is very convenient."

Great
GGuest UserCame for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!

MMIAOSleep All Over the World Grand Rapids Anway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton
The Amway Hotel, a Hilton Collection in Grand Rapids, consists of two parts, old and new
The old building part of the hotel, originally the Pantlind Hotel, opened in 1913 during the prosperous period of Grand Rapids, and was rated as one of the top ten hotels in the United States for many times in the first half of the twentieth century.
The Pantlind Hotel is a Beaux-Art architectural style, which was a popular architectural style in France from the 1830s to the end of the 19th century. The hotel had the largest gilded ceiling in the world at that time, and a huge crystal chandelier and other luxurious decorations.
In 1979, the Amway Group purchased the Pantlind Hotel, renovated it, and reopened on September 15, 1981. The Ford couple Ye, who lived in Grand Rapids, attended the opening ceremony.
The 29-story glass building on the riverside side of the old hotel was completed in 1983, which is also part of the new building today
Although Grand Rapids is a relatively silent city in the United States today, its past painting glory still radiates light

GGuest UserDisappointed in the cleanliness of the room and hallways. Carpet in room is stained in several areas - large. There is no way I would be barefoot in this room. Water supply was extremely low and neither the sink nor the shower drained properly - left us feeling quite gross. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they step up their game.
GGuest UserService was very good and informative. Location was excellent. The room was somewhat disappointing. It was manageable but it was separated by a corner, and the view was of a crumbling wall. The prime amenity we were looking forward to was the bar, which closed an hour prior to when we were told it would.
GGuest UserThe service was great here, the staff was definitely very nice.
Bummed that the hot tub wasn't available. The hot tub has been covered, so there isn't any. :(
The food was pretty good, I appreciated the options.
The furniture in the room needs updating. The table in the sitting area was really wobbly. Also the desk and table in the sitting area have stains all over them. I thought the room wasn't clean when we got there, but it was just stains over the years.
DDr CushHotel was good for going to a concert. Pool and hot tub had decent hours. Only complaint was not having coffee or towels re-stocked in the room. The walls were also a bit thin; could hear conversations in the hallway clearly and didn’t feel there was much privacy to be had in the bathroom
