The hotel is cost-effective, the traffic is very convenient, opposite the subway station, direct access to Manhattan, close to the Hudson River, the room is clean. Traditional American breakfast is just a lot of dining people.
I'm happy to stay on this hotel, their room is clean, quiet and comfort, closed to everywhere, but I didn't receive my deposit money after check out from this hotel. They didn't refund my deposit money, they said money will transfer back automatically to my bank account. They said need 5-6 days working days for process to get back my deposit money but till now since I left from the hotel 2 weeks already, still didn't get refund for my deposit money. Thank you.

The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is relatively new and is an apartment type. It has a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric stove for cooking, and complete tableware. There is a subway station downstairs, and you can take it directly to the center of Manhattan. There is a parking lot next to it. The parking fee is relatively expensive, but fortunately it is conveniently located next door. The hotel's breakfast is not very rich, but it is filling.
It's okay to eat once or twice occasionally.

It is very close to the tunnel to New York. There is a gas station nearby. Parking is in a three-dimensional garage. Just after entering the hotel door, drive through the hotel lobby and turn right. From the third floor to the fifth floor, there are all hotel parking spaces. It is very convenient.
As for the room itself...it already provides a parking space. What else do you want? A parking space is a premium in a place like this.
For breakfast, there was an old white man taking people inside one by one. There was no way to fish in troubled waters and the parking fee. I don’t know if it was a special case. When I went there that day, although the parking fee was written on the machine as more than fifty dollars a night, the pole was always If you lift it up, you can walk straight away, so I didn’t pay.

The location is good and convenient. There is a PATH next to it to go to the island. There are also many restaurants nearby to choose from. You don’t need to worry about running out of food! ! Highly recommended!

This hotel is quite good. Although it is in Jersey City, it is not far from the center of New York. It is just across the tunnel and across the river! However, there are some traffic jams in the tunnel during morning and evening rush hours, so be prepared!

We found this hotel with our three children. We had a room with a partial view on Manhattan. Even partial, this view has filled us. The Metro access for Times Square (33ee) is next to the hotel. We also loved the walk on the edge of the water that leads to an exceptional view of the city. The room was very good format for our family. There could have been more towels for our family of five. When we arrived, the service was very good, we could have access facilement(27$us)to an outdoor parking as we had a roofbox. I recommend this hotel for a family wanting to pay for access to the nearby station Path and for a wonderful view of the island!
I read some bad reviews and chalked it up to people expecting too much from the hotel. I should have listened and you should listen to my review and go elsewhere. I am literally lying in the bed typing this now. It couldn't wait. No on-site parking, you have to walk down a sketchy street to get your car($24 per day for self parking) There was exactly 2 parking spaces to park fir check in. One is occupied by a shuttle so there is one space. It's a busy street with one lane each way so getting into the one space was difficult. The area seems less than desirable. Low end shops and fast food. Crazy guy screamed at my wife and I so she wanted to come back to the hotel. I wouldn't be comfortable having my wife or kids here by themselves. Finally the room SUCKS, the bed is decent, bathroom seems ok. But it smells like mold. I feel like I am in basement that recently flooded. I am on the 5th floor not near the basement. Looks like an extremely cheap room makeover. Painted over damaged doors and walls. When I first stepped into the room it felt like I was going to fall thru the floor. A big super soft spot under the carpet. One of the dressers is missing the top drawer. I don't think the heat is working, it's 62 in the room and like 50 outside. You can tell they tried to cover the smell with something but it's not working. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer. Good luck
On the 28th March 2023 we booked a 5-night stay. We booked a Queen Deluxe Suite for our family. We paid special attention to the amenities that came with this suite and was particularly impressed with the fact that the room came with a balcony, a tub in the bathroom and a fully fitted kitchenette. It was also advertised as being sound proof. We were given a room that was street level so there was no balcony just a small dank and dark outside space. The room had virtually no natural light so we always had to have the lights turned on. The room did not have a bath tub - just a wet room with a shower. The room was not soundproofed at all. As we were on the ground floor, we heard everyone leaving and entering the hotel, going up and down in the lift, as well as having conversations in the corridor and foyer at all times of the day and night. There was music playing constantly in the foyer which we had to ask to be turned off every evening in order for my son to be able to sleep. We could hear the noise of the traffic throughout the night. There was no safety deposit - so we had to carry our valuables with us all the time. The utensils, crockery, and cutlery provided in the kitchenette were appalling. The plates were mismatched, the knives and forks were sparse. There were no cooking/oven trays - plus no basic everyday kitchenware. It was abysmal. There was no dining table as advertised just a desk with one chair. Our son had to eat at the desk, and we had to eat on our laps. The following day, we reported our concerns to the front desk and were told that another room would be available the next day. We were told to pack our belongings and asked to wait for 3hrs. The room that we were offered was not a Queen Deluxe Studio but as we later discovered, a Standard Studio. It was much smaller, had a smaller sofa bed which would not have been appropriate for our teenage son. It was also in a state of disrepair - exposed wires and scuffed walls. We had no choice but to refuse the sub-standard room so then had to spend time again unpacking. When we were leaving, we expressed how disappointed we were with our stay and pointed out all of the above to the front desk. We also made it clear that we felt that no solutions had been offered to try and resolve our concerns. The reaction of the member of staff was 'lukewarm' disinterest. We wrote a very detailed email to the company describing our experience and they point blank refused to engage with us. We were very, very disappointed in the accommodation and the attitude of the staff and owner – we’re not sure if this is because they have an issue with either our gender or race. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO BOOK A STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
