I loved everything there, rooms are clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, free and clean pool, gym and breakfast. Parking $5. Good wifi. Quiet environment. Beautiful interior. Breakfast was too early for me personally, but that's not a problem. Breakfast is until 9AM.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Glendale was excellent. The staff was great, our service person was phenomenal, the room was clean and always well kept. The location was perfect, stores, restaurants and anything you need is available. The only negative was the breakfast, their excuse for scrambled eggs and what they called an omelet were very pathetic. McDonald's would have been a much better alternative. One morning the oatmeal was such that I could have used it for paper mache it was so thick. The only good things were the waffles, excellent, yogurt, cereals were good. The Hotel is excellent, don't plan on a decent breakfast

Our baseball travel team provided this as an option for our June 2024 tournament and glad they did! We are delighted with the space, free on site laundry, in room fridge/light cooling options, etc. Staff has been super helpful and Jason C. in particular was able to really help us secure a perfect room for this experience. Thanks, Jason!

I was hesitant to stay at this property given a lot of the bad reviews on the property and the customer service at the front desk. However, we ultimately decided to stay at this property because the it offered two rooms and kitchen and we wanted to stay in Glendale. My experience with each and every employee was pleasant and the property was in fine condition. I consider myself on the pickier side of things. The location was excellent, the room was clean and in great shape and the employees were friendly and helpful. The AC worked well which was needed given that the temperature was 113 and the pool was nice to go into at night. The property is well maintained. I've only stayed at a few Residence Inn and this was by far my favorite.
I enjoy staying here. The service is impeccable & the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There's a variety of dining & entertainment options within walking distance. The conference staff are also very attentive. They offer a spa, restaurant, and grab & go.
looks like new hotel close to stadium. Rooms was large with 2 king beds, microwave & fridge was a plus. Location was very busy due to US masters tryout. Staff was nice and friendly. Only issue was windows are not sound proof. I was able to hear cars on 99th Ave all night long.

Excellent
We stayed there for the night of The Rolling Stones concert on 5/7/24. We payed an incredibly high rate, as all the hotels near the stadium jacked up their prices due to the concert. We chose the hotel as it’s walking distance to the stadium, but weren’t really sure that we would enjoy our stay considering some reviews of the hotel and the fact that they jacked up their prices. Surprise, surprise! We had a very enjoyable night at the Tru by Hilton. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. Most of all, the hotel was very quiet despite being completely full. We would definitely consider staying there again, just not at that price.
BBictheMagnificentThis is a nice and new property located in a developing entertainment district. Plenty of dining and entertainment options in the area. The property was easy enough to navigate to. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. Our door handle fixture was not installed properly, which resulted in us briefly not being able to access the room. Once inside, we discovered another problem with the door and notified the front desk attendant. The next day we received a phone call from the asst. manager regarding the door problem. We were very pleased with the attention that hotel staff gave to the matter. The room was clean; we did not have breakfast at the property. Would stay here again.
GGuest UserStayed for a long time with staff on a long business trip
The room is in good condition and the staff are very friendly.
I want to stay again next year.
Booked the 2 room family suite for an overnight on 7/20/24. Great location with easy access of Loop 101 and Camelback. Dozens of nearby restaurants, Wal Mart less than a mile away and State Farm stadium 5 minutes. Large 2 room suite with plenty of room for a large family. We had the King side with a sleeper sofa while daughter took the 2 queen side. Large bathroom (only 1) for the 2 room suite. Comfy beds, quiet location. Good breakfast the next morning as we headed on to Vegas.
Ttravelbee4lifeTHERE IS NO QUALITY AT THIS QUALITY INN!! I arrived a Saturday evening for a two nite stay on business. I (king bed with fridge) When I checked into the room I noticed immediately that the refrigerator did not work. Anyone using insulin knows that it must stay refrigerated. I called front desk and was told by (Kiya) that they had no more rooms. I asked if another refrigerator could be brought up to the room. I was told it would take a while. I left and came back 3 hrs later to be told that I was moved to another room. I packed up my things and lugged them to another room when I get in that room it has 2 double beds a tiny tv an the AC unit was in pieces! I called front desk again. I was told that room was an upgrade. I told (Kiya) this wasn't acceptable and that switching me from a room with no fridge to a room with no AC was not what I called an upgrade. Kyia tells me. There is nothing she can do. I said I was coming to the office. When I got there I was told the manager wasn't in until the morning.I repeatedly told Kiya that my insulin had to be refrigerated and that I refused to stay in a room with no AC! A housekeeper came and offered her boyfriends muscle to move a working fridge to my room. Kyia stated that arguing with her wasn't her thing and that I could leave the premises if I didn't stop complaining. With all other hotels in the area booked for the nite and Kiya rolling her eyes and snapping her neck I went back to the original room;when I got settled in with a working fridge. I went to turn on the tv only to find out it hadn't been programmed so I called front desk again! They came and programmed the tv. I was told the side of the building I was on was under redecorating! (So why put me in a unusable room) I later went to use the sink to brush my teeth only to find out the sink was CLOGGED the washcloth had HAIR on it! By this time I am tired of calling Kiya and her attitude and it was 10pm. I took a shower in the grimy shower and tried to rest.I got up the next morning spoke to the manager (Jessica) who was very polite and just kept apologizing for Kiyas attitude. Needless to say I Did NOT stay another nite!
I stayed here because it was the closest lodging to Banner Hospital on Thinderbird. It was also a good price. There was a reason for that. They are remodeling. When I entered the lobby, the floor was partially tiled, but there was no furniture. The front desk was just constructed and there were signs on it that said, ”Do not touch.” Check in was reasonably fast. My room was 114. First off, room 114 was a dead zone for my cell phone. My carrier is T Mobile and my phone Is a simple flip phone. The room was clean but it was obvious that the patch and spackle crew had recently made repairs. I wanted a few extra towels and talked with the house keeping person who was in the hall. Her name is Maya and we were able to communicate with my limited Spanish and her limited English. We did laugh a lot. I had tried the phone in the room and it didn't work. Hmmm - cell phone doesn't work and room phone doesn't work. So I walked down to the front desk and reported it. I was told that maintenance comes in at 9 am and that they would fix it. When I was locking up for the evening, I flipped the security fastener in place and it fell off the door. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and despite the remodel work, it was quiet. This is a pet friendly hotel. The only disturbance was at 7 am when another guest was leaving with a yappy little dog. The bathroom was a nice size and there was good pressure and lots of hot water. The repair to the phone and door were made. It was kind of fun to return from the hospital each day and see the remodel progress in the lobby. I stayed for 5 days and really can't complain. I received a good rate and had a good stay.
