The best word to explain the customer service is WOW!!! Just WOW!!! Junior at the front desk has been the most helpful and accommodating person I have ever met!!!! If I could give a gazillion star review just because of Junior I would!!! Excluding Junior - my review is: the hotel is nice. Definitely worth every penny you spend. I love the kitchenette and how spacious the King Studio Suite is. It is fantastic for people that need to work on a laptop remotely. I think the cute body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner built-in is super adorable!!! Mainly though the rooms are nice, the amenities are great, the kitchenette is wonderful, but again the customer service is the BEST I have ever experienced!!! Junior is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I have never been treated with this kind of exemplary customer service!!! He is amazing and has not just superseded what I would hope for but has gone so above and beyond that I don't think I even knew what customer service was until him!!!! You will not regret staying here!!!
This is located at a convenient location for getting all around Draper. The hotel was generally clean, but it definitely has been quite a number of years since it was last updated. I’m not saying it’s out dated by any means it just could stand some new carpet in the entry and hall ways. We did not have the breakfast so I am unable to give any feedback on the quality of the breakfast. The parking is very limited, and the parking lot needs to be re-paved. I would stay at this hotel again for the price and overall quality of the facility if I am ever in Draper Utah again.
This hotel looks small and humble from the parking lot, but don’t judge the book by its cover! Rooms and interior appeared to be recently remodeled and were spotlessly clean. Like, clean enough to perform surgery! Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door to check in. I had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again! Don’t be scared away by the small size and limited curb appeal, this hotel is a well run gem!
Seemed like a brand new hotel (or near enough) - my room was immaculate, spacious, good TV, shower pressure great and the bed one of the most comfortable I've seen. There's also a terrace out front with a grill which is a nice touch - and a small fitness centre. Great cleaning service & plenty of towels provided too. Only negative would be a) lack of bar/restaurant, and b) lack of breakfast options. Breakfast is included but the only hot options are powdered scrambled eggs, dry sausage patties, toaster for bagels/bread and a waffle maker. I'd like a few more warm breakfast item options, & a coffee machine would be nice. Also be aware that the location is just off the highway so not particularly picturesque (although if you look right out of reception, you do get a great view of the mountains so you could just focus on that I guess!).
I stay at this hotel when visiting relatives in the area. I have noticed that the locals have figured out that the hotel pool can be used without being a guest. In one case, two women snuck in with 4 kids. I then watched other parents dropping off more kids to hang out with their friends in the pool. The adults exchanged pleasantries making it obvious that this is a regular event. Later, they all left in cars. In another case, a large group of teens took over the pool area for an evening before jumping back into their cars to leave for the night. Once the pool is full of locals, it's not really feasible to use it as a guest. These groups take over all of the seating, bringing in snacks and coolers. It's a shame. The hotel is very nice and clean. Just don't expect to be able to use the pool or hot tub areas.

Pros: I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years.value is great Staff is very friendly and helpful, location is also great for shopping and has about everything you could need within a few miles. Onto the cons: Hot tub used to be 24 hours so I was disappointed when I went down and it was closed at 11pm. Room had an mild unpleasant odor upon arriving and took a little while to cool down. King suite I stayed in was clean but not as clean as it could be under and behind furniture. Also it didn’t have any silverware, plates, bowls just a few paper cups and napkins. Not recommended for extended stay atleast in accessible king suite.
