The environment is good and the service is good. The pool is a little too small.

When the parents came in the graduation season, they gave them to their parents. Probably the best hotel in Kecun. Better than the Hilton facilities. The room is large. It is very convenient to eat close to downtown.

Super value immediately adjacent to restaurants on Block 15, easy walk to downtown and on the river walk. Older motel and I was anxious about location on busy streets, but it was whisper quiet at night (I didn't use AC/heat as good temp without, so don't know about noise from that). Clean comfortable room with fridge and microwave - no coffee or breakfast but several great options nearby (and motel coffee/breakfast rarely good anyway). Great blackout curtains. Definitely recommend if you're looking for location and value and don't care about fancy.

I was worried about staying here with all the negative reviews, but we didnt have any issues at all, katie at the front desk was amazingly accommodating and went the extra mile, rooms were clean, no problems with anything, if your on a budget I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here, i would definitely stay here again, no regrets.

Hello, I am still at this hotel. I am booked for 6 nights here a month before....requested them for 2 queens. When we checked in they said sorry they are fully booked n we have no other choice but to accept A KING BED ROOM, promising to change it the nxt day. So that's where we were given room 137... Now we settled in , had a sleep on uncomfortable beds n before we wake up some unusual SOUND started in morning around 6:30a.m and CONTINUED TILL we were fully awake....to my surprise the sound of RUNNY WATER WITH THAT STRANGE NOISE SATRTED TOO....😲..as if the plane is taking off right above my head but we couldn't figure it out what was that runny water sound!!! So till we could find it's a laundry room right above us and some other machine room right nxt to our room which has never stop till NOW....so everytime someone did their laundry we had that irritating, annoying noise to digest it...n also found that's the a/c unit of the whole hotel right nxt to our room where our bed headrest is....now IMAGINE THE HORROR... why I am saying digest is because we did approach the front desk and they said they can move us in some room but still our request of getting a 2 QUEENS was not met on day 2 and we will given tomorrow that is on day 3.. So it's like SWITCHING ROOM for 3day for our stay of 6 nights...its a NIGHTMARE... Feeling helpless n this raised some concious questions 1) Is the management AWARE about the issue in ROOM 137.??? 2) IF THEY ARE ARE THEY DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR ATLEAST TRYING TO FIND SOME SOLUTION OR ATLEAST INFORMING THE GUEST ABOUT THIS ROOM. 3) IF NOT should we ASSUME the guest uncomfortability Is not their concern and just don't want to stop earning even though it meant mental harrassment for some one like me who has a B.P issue...n disturbance in sleep could be hazardous to people like me... Hope the management finds it appropriate and respond us... Hope other people who are genuinely following the trip advisors also find this great help ..... We found lodging here recently due to a huge Ice Storm in Salem Oregon. Hotel was OK but I was disappointed at what seemed like price gouging. Website had rooms at one ratee but when you called in the rates were higher. I heard many folks complaining about this. Check in was disorganized, they couldn't find my reservation I just made with them over the phone. They eventually found it but it was touch and go. Stay ended up being comfortable, no breakfast what so ever said it was due to Covid, Every where else I stay at has bags to go at least. They do take pets but if I ever stay again I would book online as they really went all over the place on their pricing.

Very nice and clean room. Standard King Suite, very comfortable and reasonably quiet. Breakfast area is very small and limited menu. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly...only issue is the location, can be difficult to park, if you have a bigger vehicle.

There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel, shopping and eating are very convenient. The surrounding environment is good and safe. The hotel is a bit old, but the welcome cookies are delicious. The suite is large in size and very comfortable. It was Saturday and there was a competition, so the price was expensive.
