Very friendly front desk staff. Well equipped suits and comfortable. With a few slamming of doors while trying to get some sleep but after it quieted down we got a good night rest. Great kitchenette very clean and well equipped. Definitely recommend it

After looking at the reviews for some other hotels in the area I came across the Fairfield inn and suites. I have had good experiences at these hotels so we gave it a chance. Happy to report that everything was amazing. Ally at the front desk was wonderful. She checked us in and was very helpful. Price was nice. Clean hotel and rooms. Great breakfast included. Pool was really nice. And across the street from all sorts of food options. Also it was about 5 minutes from the Brevard zoo. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning.

This hotel even though it is older, had the best staff ever! They went above and beyond to ensure my family's stay was great! The bed was very comfortable honestly to my surprise, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean even though they were older. It was nice and quiet even though it's right near the highway. The location of the hotel was just perfect with easy access to I-95 and had a lot of restaurants nearby too!

I stayed here for one night, September 28, Room 216. When I entered the room, the AC was set to 71. I raised the temperature a bit. I noticed everything felt cold (expected) and damp, including the floor. I figured it was due to the AC. The next morning, the floor was moist enough to get my socks wet. The thermostat showed 74 degrees. Another problem was that the bathroom door couldn't close. I don't think the problems are related. I notified the front desk when I checked out. The room and breakfast area were quite clean and the TV was huge.

The Family Suites Building is just that family friendly, but not pet friendly. Our suites building offers non-ocean front large one bedroom suites with extra-large private balconies overlooking the pool. Each two room suite has a full sized kitchenette (no stove) fitted with granite counter tops, large refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The sitting area offers a pull-out sofa and second television. The suites are located in the same building as the complimentary breakfast.
Garden Courtyard is the best value. These non-ocean front rooms are perfectly situated near the heated pool and veranda bar. GGuest UserGreat space themed hotel near to space Kennedy. Rooms are spacious. Great riverside location with views over to space Kennedy. You can see rocket luanches from this hotel.
The only downside is if you do not have a car the location is isolated and not in walking distance of convenience store. However you can order food and groceries on app deliveries

SSamcroazFrom beginning to end the stay was great. When we arrived staff was very friendly and check me in fast. The room was a great sized suite and had a view of the ocean as advertised. We did not have a balcony, but the sliding glass door opened a full two panes so that was nice. The hotel is on the beach and there are multiple shower outside which is nice so your not tracking sand in your room. The rooms were cleaned daily by staff and towels replaced. They also had chairs and umbrellas that you could use at the beach was nice. The parking lot was small, but I never had to a problem finding a spot. The grounds are also well maintained. My only complaint would be the AC did not feel like it held temperature well, but the room was not uncomfortable. Generally I like the are because it was no full of tourist and was more secluded.

XXueyiI went on Christmas, the staff in the hotel are very good, and the epidemic prevention and disinfection are particularly good in Florida. They also told us that their NASA tickets are discounted, and there is a delicious Chinese restaurant next to it.

One downside was a loud neighbor, but she settled down about 10:30. Unfortunately, she woke up at 5:30……
Not in control of hotel, I know. But next time we use this hotel, I will be sure that my room doesn’t have an adjoining room door. Made the sound like it was in the room.
Despite the noisy neighbor, we will definitely use this hotel again. Everything else that was in control of the hotel was very good.

GGuest UserThe accommodations were spacious. Before our cruise we booked a one bedroom. After cruise upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Because I am a reward member. Beautiful. Pool was great. Restaurant so so.. I didn't like to go to bar to order . Then food was brought. Refill on soda was very nice extra. Nothing around we had friends so they drove to dinner. We had no car this trip. So it's limiting. So gift shop. Be nice to have a minimal and a small novelty store for. Last minute souvenirs. I liked it altho our elevator was out near our unit the entire time.

GGuest UserThe hotel was great. I loved the oceanfront view, especially higher up. Mr. Joe at the front desk was very courteous and most helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was great. Brian who rent out the umbrella and chairs (get there early to rent for the entire day $40) was also very respectful and laid back. The only problem I have is paying for parking at $9.95 per day. It is a hidden cost that if a person is on a tight could run into problems at the end of their stay. Oh, since COVID, you must request housekeeping ahead of time if you want your room cleaned. Overall love my stay and hopefully will return soon.

GGuest UserThe front desk is very welcoming, the hotel is in a good location, just off the road on the island, across the road from the resort to the beach, the beach is evener than Miami, the sand is fine, the seagulls fly, the most important people. The rooms are clean and there is an open-air swimming pool, a great place for a summer holiday in Cocoa Beach.

We thought this would be a good place to stay before our cruise for $110 total. The reviews weren't too bad when we booked, but then went downhill after that. Avoid this hotel unless you love the smell of *********. The place reeked of it the minute we walked in, and one of the employees told us that they were trying to get rid of the *******, but couldn't. The employees were also smoking in the hallway by the door. The police were there at least twice in the couple of hours we stayed. We went out and bought some Febreeze at a nearby Walmart, but that didn't help. When we started feeling sick, we left and found another nearby hotel. This is not a nice hotel, don't believe the good reviews, they are not true. It's run down, and not the cleanest place either. It seems to be a place for ******* and homeless to stay cheaply. There are no phones in the rooms, the tub did not have a plug that worked. Showers only. We're currently working with ******* and our credit card company to get a refund for that night, but there is no way that we could have stayed even one night. The only good part of it is the Denny's that is attached.

GGuest UserThis would be one star if it wasn’t for the convenient location to I95. We needed a quick one night stopover driving from Key West to Hilton Head and Melbourne looked about half way. Most everything else was booked - maybe my one star review indicates why they had rooms available. They said check in was at 3:00, but after three attempts at the front desk with a less that pleasant employee, we still didn’t have our room at 4:00. Finally at 4:45, we got the key but they said the room still wasn’t ready. We decided to check and the room was cleaned, and except for one black sock left behind by the previous folks, the room was acceptable. Not quite what was pictured but thankfully, it is only for one night!
