"The hotel opened in 2019. The design and facilities in the room are very new. The safe does not need to enter the password every time, and the makeup 🪞 is also automatically dimmed. The design and decoration color matching of the hotel are very fashionable. The view from the rooftop bar is very good. If you miss the dinner time, you can have a light meal there and enjoy the Meru Mountain opposite, which is said to be the second highest mountain in Tanzania. The only shortcoming of the hotel is that the city view room is very close to the hotel's equipment room and the noise is very loud. It's okay to close the balcony door during the day, but people who are sensitive to noise at night should not choose the city view room."

"There are some breakfasts, the fruit is very worth mentioning, the taste is very good and fresh, belongs to the English breakfast, the hotel is equipped with a restaurant, and there is a Chinese menu, but 60 yuan a bowl of white rice is not dare to try, the price of Western food is very close to the people, there is a beautiful yard, and it is very comfortable to walk outside. At night, you can blow a cool wind, the room is quite satisfactory, the bedding can still see the quality, overall it is very good, but it may be because of one person, I don't feel like the best room type, there is a room with a bathtub, and I am too lazy to change it."

"In a rugged alley with a deep and deep road, the location is remote, there is no mosquito net in the room, no TV, Wi-Fi is a portable Huawei box, it seems to have air conditioning but no remote control... In general, the family-style apartment service is still very dedicated, breakfast is also very ceremonial, a good choice for temporary transition."

"The way to it looked like a dry river bed, but once inside you're in a beautiful old building in a very good condition.
And the reception is very friendly, and if you have questions or problems, they're ready to help you.
The rooms are clean and well-cared.
Surely for your money.
It's simple, but it's fine, really a recommender.

"Nice to overlook some greenery but it is in a central location so expect some road noise / motorbikes and noise from a nearby bar until around 4am on a Saturday (maybe even Friday - it was quiet on Sunday). Near the Arusha museum. Close to a few restaurants. Room was big and had a safe. Bring your own toothbrush."

GGuest UserThe hotel I booked for a business trip, the service attitude was very good, they changed other rooms for me if the room was not suitable, the breakfast variety was ok, the environment was very comfortable, I will choose this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.

KKevin romanThe staff were very friendly and helped to organize the transport to Kilimanjaro airport. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were also quite clean. I had an issue with some noise from the AC units in my room, also the wifi does not really work in the room, making it very difficult to contact people. The food in the restaurant is decent, though took longer than expected. The place is well maintained, though seemed to be quite empty.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Arusha Sheraton before, when prices were not so high. Come back now, the environment is still good, but the decoration facilities have not changed much. At the same price, it is no longer possible to stay in the same room type [previously booked without Ctrip]. The hotel's breakfast is good, with many varieties and choices. The lunch buffet at US$20 per person is much more cost-effective than before. If I come back again in the future, as long as the price is right, I will continue to choose here.

FFabian Lemuel Pillay Very friendly front-desk woman who carried my bags in. Room was clean and they even agreed to hold my bag for me while I do my safari trip. Restaurant was great too and well-priced and good quality. One of the better places I’ve stayed at. Also near to an ATM and a supermarket which helped! Would definitely recommend.
