"The hotel is a new hotel, so there is no star. But it’s very nice! The room is big, clean and wash supplies is good. When we check in, they send us two snacks for us! The location is a little bit far from central, but the hotel is nice and the price is worth!"

"The 4-star hotel is on a hill. It takes about an hour to drive from the airport. It is equivalent to the edge of the city on the other side. Parking at the hotel is very convenient. It is best to rent a car."

"I am very disappointed firstly when I contact with then the number what is written not responded. Secondly the room was horrible the doors from balcony wasn’t in working condition, the toilet were disgusting( I forgot to take a picture because in the photo what’s here doesn’t shows the bathroom what we had. The mirror was broken, the window was without mosquitoes net which means all incests were ours. Thirdly at the reception a person (I assume owner) told us that the breakfast they have vegetables, fruits but it was one plate of food, with each one was with one piace of each vegetable all of it for €4 ( one plate). The bed wasn’t so comfortable. Overall for one night it was ok, but for the more I don’t recommend."

Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale."

Das Zimmer allgemein, Klimaanlage, Bettwäsche, Dusche, Toilette, Kühlschrank und sogar unter dem Bett war es in einem tadellosen zustand. Das Frühstück wird morgens frisch zubereitet. Das Hotelpersonal (Familienbetrieb) ist sehr zuvorkommend und legt einen großen wert auf die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste. Privater Parkplatz im Hoteleigenen Hoff ist vorhanden."
