Cleanliness (3/5): The cleanliness of the accommodation was OK. Housekeeping maintained the rooms and common areas in a spotless condition throughout my stay. But ung CR is 2/5, shower head is Iw. Service: (4/5). : Kuya Gaurd is actively helping, But Hotel check out is too early and cannot extended even 30mins only. Amenities (4/5): The in-room amenities were top-notch, from the modern flat-screen TV. The work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi were particularly useful for my business needs. However, I would have appreciated more variety in bathroom toiletries. Views (4/5): Depending on the room, some offer fantastic views of the cityscape, while others provide a pleasant view of the hotel. It would have been ideal to have more rooms with scenic city views. Quiet and Relaxing (5/5): One of the standout features was how quiet and relaxing the rooms were. Despite being in a bustling city, I could unwind and focus without any disturbances, which is a significant plus for business travelers. In summary, St. Mark Hotel's accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also meticulously maintained. good location, big hotel, good food but pricey for what it is, terrible wifi, had to leave my room for reception

Every thing is perfect, except the The smart Tv , I have to leave and check out the hotel because of the smart TV , the smart TV in the room have to use a mouse to Change the movies in Netflix , and it is very uncomfortable to use the mouse in the bed , the staff was very professional and very helpful especially the young lady at the lobby, she was very nice and professional, she fully refund me the full amount and she apologized, I love the hotel and I appreciate the staff , everything was perfect except the TV , hopefully they can fix this issue soon , looking forward to go back to 88th Avenue once the TV issue fixed 😁

They have a baby pool that is just the right size for my daughter and a pool good enough for my teenage son. The water faucet has well-maintained hot and cold shower plumbing and it makes it so comfortable to rest when all amenities are working. Their massage is 24 hours open. Their sauna in the gym is a bit inconvenient because you have to walk pass through all the people working out if you want to use the sauna. Other than that, everything is excellent!

We recently stayed at Elizabeth Hotel as a family and had a generally pleasant experience. While the rooms are a bit dated and could use some updates, they were clean and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. Overall, it’s a decent option for families looking for comfort and value, despite the slightly older facilities.

Bit over priced for what you get. Water pressure is pour. Plus wouldn’t give new towels due to saving on water. What about hygiene. Location is great.

Very well maintained room. Appreciated the complimentary snacks. Haven’t tried any amenities as we go to work and just rest after. The buffet and cocktails were so good, I thought I gained after our 5 days stay.

We stayed at this hotel as we needed to be in DFA which is located to the mall connecting to this property. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Oh and their breakfast buffet was sumptuous! Service was excellent!

If you are just in need of a place to crash, this is it. Excellent location near the bus station or the malls. And very cheap -about 400-500 pesos cheaper than comparable rooms around the corner, so it's on budget while providing a professional finish that looks and feels decent rather than dumpy. Will definitely book again in the future. My aircon was a bit noisy, but for the price, id decertainly book again.
