Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness ans service were there as expected. I can only advise you to continue this way same if it would be nice to offer some croissants and pains au chocolats at the breakfast… Be sure if I had to come back in here in the future, I’ll come back there ! And I’d recommand certainly your Hôtel.

Stayed at the beginning of May 2023 after the end of Corona. We had a problem with the PentHouse Hotel we were staying at earlier (see another review), so we abandoned our reservation and moved to this nearby hotel. Agoda reservation, less than 5kJPY. The location is the strongest. Just a little bit from the middle of WS. The room is spacious because it is second only to the suite. However, rather than being spacious, it feels like it's really wide, and the space isn't being used effectively. ☆☆☆, so it might be something like that. The lighting is a little weak, as other reviewers have said. However, even hotels with more stars in Vietnam have weaknesses, so it may be a Southeast Asian thing. wifi is ok. I didn't feel stressed for too long, but sometimes it cuts off abruptly. But it will recover soon. NHK is good for those who are in an environment where they cannot watch Japanese TV. There are two convenience stores in the vicinity that are extensions of Yorozuya. One is open very late. No JF, which is normal here, but there was no ID check either. It may be about here and Red Planet where you can enter the room without passing through. On the other hand, people who enter are constantly watched by women such as aunts, so it is relatively safer than the previous hotel. There is a safe. Only one point, the reason why it couldn't be ☆☆☆☆. The water pipe is old, and the water that comes out has a very iron smell. Faucet and shower. It may cost a lot of money, but I want you to improve this point as soon as possible. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try the adjacent restaurant. However, it was crowded every night with Westerners who were picky about taste and cost, so it was probably delicious. I want to try it next time.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, rooms are good and spacious. Bathrooms are clean, location is okay and close to walking street, , staffs are friendly and breakfast is good.Peaceful stay, I recommend this hotel for friends and party lover travellers, rooftop pool bar is amazing, food can be improved in Thai restaurant, rest everything is amazing. I recommend this hotel.

I checked in at this hotel last November 21-24, 2023 for a conference at SMX Clark. The hotel is good and the price is affordable and very near my conference venue. It's also clean and the room that was assigned to me is also good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. This is worth recommending. Thank you Devera Hotel! Keep up the good service!

Savannah Resort Hotel is conveniently located is some interesting places in Angeles. SM Clark, the Walking Street and the Korean Town are just a ride away from the hotel. We stayed here for five nights and so far every night sleep is a wonderful experience for me. Rooms have quality beds with good comforters to warm the night. I love their complimentary soaps, my skin is well moisturized when I use them. They also give away a Bubble Bath, for you to also enjoy the bath tub. My favorite part of the room is the shower. I love the four-type shower with a perfectly working heating system. Food served for the entire duration of the activity are superb. Most of the time, i do not have left overs in my plate. Of course, Pampanga is the culinary capital of the country, that might be the reason why. The have a good wifi signal but can only accommodate a number of guests.

Ok first I am really speechless about how wonderful this hotel and its staff is... to begin with I booked it for my gf to propose her for marriage..as I am far from her so we did online..but I emailed hotel about payment assistance, surprise package preparation and OMG!! They did out of the universe wonderful work...first there room look exactly how it is in picture , everything picture perfect, they were under staffed but superb ownership taken by Rolyn (staff) and Kisha( staff ) with the most effective communication, they're mind blowing and super helpful...omg because of them and outstanding leadership by Kris (manager) and the surprise from him made my surprise so special and OMG!! She said yes ...♥️ this is dream hotel for me and my family and friends .. so my message to everyone ”this is the best hotel .. just book ..every cent you spend it absolutely worth it...you'll be happily surprised”, each member of staff and management is like a army on their own ... getting emotional here ..but awesome work ..happy new year to everyone there. See you soon in person ..ty to the hotel and it's staff

Nice hotel but not really something special. I think this hotel has more potential. I was lucky to have a very interesting roomrate via Agoda, but still found it quite expensive for what it was. I found that, if there would be better maintenance, a bit better cleaned at swimming pool area, it could have had a 4*. To say that the lovely swimming pool at the rooftop was not always that clean. There is no skimmer,so the water surface is full of dead flies and small debris. That's really a pity. Telling this at the staff at the pool area restaurant they told me not to mention it to them but I had to go downstairs to tell reception. This was a strange reaction of the staff. Reception staff was really nice as well as room maid. I will definitely go there again if I find a decent room rate.

Very well appointed Garden room with direct access to a great swimming pool. The restaurant boasts one of the biggest menus around. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.It is many years since I last stayed here and there have been many renovations don and new rooms added.

My home away from home. I'm probably a lot more experienced to give this review than most, given I've stayed in all eight different style of rooms here, from the Junior to the Penthouse. There is not one second that I stay here that doesn't feel like you're on holiday. Not for the budget conscious, but I've never felt like I've overpaid here, especially seeing as I've dropped 22K a night on the Penthouse , which by Philippines standards is expensive. Rooms are expansive, tastefully decorated and their claim that it is the most comfortable sofa set in the world is completely TRUE. I've stayed here for one nighters and I've stayed here for 3.5 week stints. It's the same, impeccable service, amazing rooms and luxury everywhere. Theres a video on youtube of the ABC Group Manager talking about the place. He essentially says ”Once you've got the key, the place is yours. Do whatever you want, as long as you're not disrupting other customers.” This isn't just a marketing gimmick, what he said is 100% what I have experienced in over 7 years staying here. Location is probably the best you will get, dependant on what you're here for. Apartment sizes are expansive and all well suited for different needs. As I have a little one nowadays, the full kitchen is a no brainer for staying here. It's incredibly private and incredibly quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable and large, safe is great size and can fit a 16 inch macbook pro. The showers may be mistaken for fire hoses, the pressure is AMAZING and it gets HOT. There are no amenities here, I don't find this a problem as there are LOADS at the sister hotel ABC. ABC is an 8-10 minute walk or 100 peso trike or you can get free transportation by the hotel. They did change this to be 200 pesos per way while we were there in March 2022 but have since removed this as of Dec2022/Jan2023. The sister hotel needs a separate review, but the basics are amazing pool, EXCEPTIONAL food, awesome rooftop pool club and class leading amenities. To nitpick, the internet is good, though it is no longer a redundant link. They continue to advertise that it is a redundant link, I found this out while working remotely here. The Eastern side rooms can be a little noisey as they are in much closer proximity to the highway. In saying this, the windows and doors are VERY well insulated, I'd say 95% of the noise is blocked out. TLDR Staff impeccable Luxury everywhere Do whatever you want as long as it doesn't impact other guests Private, Quiet. AMAZING showers, comfortable beds.
