Very close to the scenic area, the service is very good, there is a question and answer, the wifi speed is also ok, the room has heating, very new, the lighting effect is very good, there is a free pick-up, there is a travel agent to facilitate a day trip, but the price is more expensive than the outside point. Breakfast is not too bad, the drink fruit is very rich. However, it is very strange that the price of Ctrip has changed. I decided to place more than 800 orders on the first night. The payment will not move. After half a day, I found that the price has become more than 900, so I changed it to more than 900. pay. Stayed for one night and wanted to continue, the Ctrip price became 1400, and then 1600. Later, I continued to stay at the front desk for the first night of Ctrip. In the next few days, Ctrip is still in this situation. It has changed and the hotel has been giving me a fixed price. I don't understand why Ctrip is doing this at this hotel.
At this price, the hotel is fine, the service is good, the breakfast is plentiful, and its own courtyard is also very beautiful. The only drawback is that the hotel is built on an uphill road in Cusco at an altitude of 3,500 meters. , It is recommended to consider it when entering the hotel on foot, but the hotel provides free oxygen cylinders, which is still very good
I made a reservation for the night before to go to Machu Picchu.
I couldn't stay after all because the flight was late, but I arrived at Cusco Airport on the day of check-out, so when I told you to stay 3 days later, I kept my luggage well.
Hotel was excellent at first was given a basement room with a view of the incan wall but I did not know it was artificial light. Requested to move rooms even though more expensive for a window on an upper floor but was given a free room change to the 4th floor with a small window but at least had natural light. But this request was only granted on my second try as the first agent who checked me in informed me the hotel was completely booked out even though all sites including their own showed additional rooms with windows.
Service was excellent in the hotel and the buffet breakfast was delicious with the omelette station.
In the reviews they mentioned there was an alpaca on the hotel grounds but the little animal was never seen except for the old ladies near the front entrance with baby alpacas asking all guests if they would like pictures for a fee.
The hotel is located 15 minutes walking distance away from the main square. It is quiet and peaceful but provides excellent approach to the historic city. The restaurant brought out an impressive breakfast every morning, and it even has a local artisan selling crafts and trinkets. The staff is extremely helpful and were able to book several taxi rides for us (all of which showed up at the right time) while we were there.
This hotel is indeed highly recommended for its scenic views and quite near to the Plaza Mayor de Armas. Highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the friendly and professional staff. The natural lighting and panoramic city and mountain views are definitely standout features! The room I got has a scenic view! Super worth the price, I’m telling you, you should get one with the scenic view if you stay here. And staff at the restaurant were so kind and accommodating.
The price/performance ratio is very high, the location is also very good, and it's antique. There is free coca tea in the lobby and free oxygen for 10 minutes. There is a convenience store/pharmacy opposite the hotel, but the check-in time is a little long.
Very Good

然然而思Awesome experience! The overall daylighting of the hotel is very good, people will feel bright as soon as they enter the hotel!
All the details are also in place, including toiletries, bedding, catering, and the environment are great!
And we must praise Ctrip! The price of this hotel on Booking is much higher than Ctrip. We stayed for two nights, and the tax-included price on the booking went to more than 7,000. However, the price of Ctrip was more than 5,000 for two nights, and the Ctrip system also reminded that if you book one day and one day separately, the price can be more favorable. Finally, we booked two nights with more than 4,000 tax-included price.
CcindyDo not think twice to stay here, just book it!
Me and my husband had an amazing stay here during our trip in Cusco. The hotel is located at the heart of Cusco city and just a few minutes walk to the plaza, along with nearby shops and restaurants. It is run by a lovely family (Jose, Johann, and Miriam) who will greet you very warmly.
We had to get up incredibly early (4am!) for a tour and Jose prepared a packed breakfast for us. I told my husband it feels as if our parents prepared the breakfast because it was very thoughtful and we never got hungry throughout the trip :)
Johan speaks really good english so you will face no issue trying to get some tips around the city.
Thank you so much Johan and family for welcoming us, we will recommend you to everyone looking for a place to stay in Cusco🩷
LleesiugyunI found a B&B temporarily because the previous B&B didn’t have enough hot water. The illa bnb is at the top of the mountain (needs to climb). If you don’t take a taxi, you need to be careful with your suitcases.
Both booking and ctrip can be booked. The landlord will open a WhatsApp group. If you have any questions, ask directly. The landlord directly sends a link for payment. International credit cards and UnionPay are supported.
The house is very large with two floors, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor. According to the app, there are three room types: an ordinary double room, a mini flat with a kitchen, and a luxurious flat with a kitchen. The Cusco Cathedral can be seen from the restaurant. The hair dryer and hot water kettle are shared. The whole design is a bit Greek and very comfortable. Our room may be a little noisy at the entrance. You can hear the sound of the bar outside at night, but in Cusco, it is very active every day, so basically just fall into bed and sleep.
We booked a mini flat. The room was larger than the photos. It had a large living room and dining room, an open kitchen, a bedroom, a hot water, and a very nice bathroom. Maybe it was due to the area. There was basically no air conditioning in the B&Bs in Cusco (but it was very hot at noon and at night). It’s very cold (2-23 degrees Celsius a day with a big temperature difference)
GGimenezPabloThis hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the markets & main plaza. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with king bed are small. The courtyard is nice. The breakfast was average to below average. The internet is free but intermittent at best. There is a nightclub nearby which plays loud music until 3:30am which makes it really difficult to sleep.
The reason I'm giving this hotel a 3 star is because of the excellent service we received from Oscar Silva Casafranca. He was courteous, efficient and always pleasant & smiling. He helped with our baggage & was quick to answer any questions or queries we had. He's a huge asset to this hotel.
GGuest UserKatari Apart Hotel at Qorikancha was the perfect accommodation for my 3-day trip to Cusco! It is in a great central location, within walking distance to the various plazas with shopping and restaurants. My room was great - clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Alex was an INCREDIBLE host - he was so attentive and responsive and gave me some excellent recommendations for things to do and see and restaurants to eat at. I was able to store my luggage after check out on my last day since I had an evening flight and Alex helped hail a taxi for me to ensure a fair price and safe ride.
GGuest UserHad two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.
GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel.
Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far.
Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back.
I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.
GGuest UserRoom was very clean and comfortable. The employees were lovely and extremely helpful. To access the room we had to climb up fire escape type steps (the staff kindly helped us with our bags). The only major issue was the shower. When we went to shower, the handles shocked us. We tried to use a towel to turn the water on and off and the shocks went through the towel. The breakfast was very good … eggs!
KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh
SSHIThe location is not far from the Plaza de Armas. The room facilities are simple, there is no place to hang clothes, and the wash basin only has a cold tap. The temperature of the hot water in the shower is quite high, but pay attention to the fact that the hot water switch should not be adjusted repeatedly, because it is said that the source water heater is burning gas, and repeatedly turning the hot water faucet on and off will easily cause the source water heater to turn off. I thought I would wake up from the cold at night on the plateau, but the quilts and blankets in the hotel were thick and not cold. The hotel is not big, but if you go up to the third floor, it's a bit like a maze, it's easy to go the wrong way.
