We booked for one night here to attend an event at Silverdome which is very nearby. As the event started early, we called in advance to see if we could check in earlier and we were told we could from 1pm, which helped us greatly. The car park is extremely secure with a gate that can be opened by pressing the call button and opens automatically when you leave. We arrived at reception to a very busy lady who was doing an amazing job answering the telephone and checking in guests. We were given room 44. The building is quite old with squeaky and loud doors, but didn't affect our stay. The room itself is small, but was adequate for our needs. Unfortunately, they use plastic glasses and indidually wrapped soaps which is a big turn off for me, hotels should have reusable items in their rooms. The coffee cups were china, so why not actual drinking glasses as well? The irony was on the plastic glasses, there was a picture of a turtle, reminding you that sealife can be harmed by plastic. Otherwise, we got a good night's sleep and the air conditioning was a godsend! The bathroom is quite small, there is a ledge strangely above the sink, so makes washing quite difficult. We didn't have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Would stay here again!

The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make it as pleasant as possible for its guests. Nice view from 4th floor. 1 downside is no window that can be opened further and none.

Wonderful experience! I stayed a night whilst my husband was in hospital there recovering from an operation. Beautiful entree en friendly check in. In the room a card with a vd Valk toucan plush toy was on the table wishing me and my husband strength during this time (they knew as it was mentioned whilst booking the room). I was very touched by that. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, just loved the owl painting. I ordered room service as it was already quite late and did not want to sit a lone after a tiring day at the hospital and within 10 minutes it arrived! I must have had the best vegan poke bowl ever. Never had such a delicious meal ever! I cannot find fault with this hotel. Next morning the breakfast was lavish, they even had fresh smoothies! This stay was a breath of fresh air during some difficult days.

my hotel room was on the 4th floor ..and my sleep the first night there ..was disturbed by the air conditioning unit & its fans on the roof ..i complained to reception and was told by them that it was due to the storm ..and that ALL guests on my floor had complained of same ...the rest of the week ..was fine ..the restaurant ONLY had the menu in dutch ( bad move ) ..as i would have eaten there more often IF i could read the menu ..dined there with dutch friends so they helped translate ..fab shopping centre next door & food court & restaurants !..thank god !..it made up for everything else !...lovely housekeeping staff ( i left some goodies for them when i left & a thank u note )

Was in Den Haag for a one week business trip, looking for a hotel with free parking. Found this hotel slightly outside of the city, and it was perfect. The hotel is small, but served my needs with free parking, great spacious room, all the amenities you need (coffee, minibar, fruit, bathroom articles, wifi, smart tv, safe) re-stocked every day, optional breakfast, professional and attentive staff. Surroundings are beautiful for a stroll in the local area, and quiet for a good night sleep. Short walk over to the train station, where you can take the train (one stop), tram or bus into the city center. The local area will also be able to cover all your basic needs (restaurants, bars, grocery shop) if you don’t feel like going downtown. Would absolutely recommend this place, and will stay there again next time I’m in Den Haag.

That day, the hotels in Rotterdam and Amsterdam were all booked, and I finally booked this one, and the price should have gone up. The location is rather off, it should be difficult to get there without driving. The service attitude is okay, it seems to be the hotel of a small football club. Free parking, there are parking spaces
