The hotel is stunning! The first moment when I walked in I thought I was going to a beautiful restaurant. There's a smart locker for my luggage as I arrive very early in the morning.
Self-check-in is super easy, the staffs are super friendly. The pod room is super clean and quiet, the bed is MASSIVE and comfortable, love the smart control colour change light inside the pod. The storage area under the pod is very convenient and secure ( use the room key to open it). There are plenty of shower rooms and toilets so you don't need to line up for it. The water temperature and press are perfect, and towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer are all available to use. I am super happy with the stay, sadly I didn't have the chance to try their food, but I am more than happy to come back to stay again and try the food and drink.
BTW, it's only a couple minutes' walk from the Utrecht train station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops surrounded.

The room is small and the bathroom is small. The lighting in the room is dim and not very good. Anyway, I just sleep, and the requirements are not too high.
But there is a parking space. pretty good. Breakfast is more general. The price is a bit expensive.

Modern duplex room type, suitable for young people. Good service. A bit out of the old city center but within walking distance. The surrounding environment of the nearby canal is excellent.

The former palace, now the hotel, exudes a leisurely atmosphere from the inside out. The hotel is located in the old town of Utrecht. It is very convenient to go everywhere. There are ample parking spaces. It is worth staying and experiencing.

The hotel is located in the park, the environment is very beautiful, the room is spacious, there are wild geese, swans, ducks and other wild animals on the lake. The facilities and service quality are high. It is the only hotel that is surprisingly pleasant for this business trip. It is indeed 4 stars standard. It is also very convenient.

The hotel was perfect!!! It is right in the centre of the city!!! You can reach anything you need within 15 minutes! Interior is modern and cosy. Everything is right as it should be!!! I like it!!!

JJoyceThe location was the best part of the hotel. Amenities were great too, super clean and new. However, housekeeping failed to clean my room the first 3 nights out of the 4 nights of my entire stay there, despite me hanging the “pls make up room” sign outside of my door and each time I went out, I could see the housekeeping cart nearby which meant that there’s no reason they should have missed the sign… for 3 days straight.

TTopperUKYou couldn’t get more central. As always, the Hampton hotels are always spotlessly clean and have everything you need (including an ironing board!). Breakfast is always fantastic, and when the items were running low a member of staff immediately fetched more. This is always the case and all of the hotels I can very much approve of this. The location is fantastic and very secure owing to it being within a shopping centre.

LLawrence Chun ManLocation is perfect right next to Utrecht Central station and a big shopping centre. Pass the shopping centre and you're in town centre. Has a swimming pool and a small gym on the top floor. The only problem we had was one of our towel had some brown stains on it which doesn't look very pleasant but we showed them and they got us clean ones straight away. Also there wasn't hair conditioner but in another of their Inntel hotel we stayed there was. Try to get a room facing the train tracks I think would have a better view.

KKerry & NatashaNice, clean hotel in a great location for the train/tram and football stadium. Check in was quick and got a nice g&t welcome drink. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was nice, but the view wasn’t the best. No kettle facilities in the room which is a must for me! However, they serve hot and cold drinks downstairs. The outdoor area on the canal was lovely in the sun! Would definitely stay again.

CCT2024We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located about five mins walk from the Utrecht station and the shopping mall. There is a mini fridge, kettle and a coffee machine in the room which is really handy.

RRakeshGreat location. Close to lots of shops and easy access to the bus services. Off a busy street but room was quiet. Nice sized room with all the basic things you will need. I didn't have the breakfast but it is available for purchase separately and looked quite nice. Overall a lovely stay and would consider it again in the future.

2. The location is very convenient, very close to the central railway station and large shopping malls in the city center. There are also many restaurants, and you can go shopping by the river after dinner.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious but the lighting was dim. It had its own kitchen and some simple cooking utensils, although I only used the coffee machine. The hotel is self-service check-in, but because it was booked on Ctrip, we had to manually ring the bell to summon the service staff to help us pay the city tax before we could check in. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was enough for one person.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel! We had a small issue when you open a window the air starts to whistle under the door, so you cannot keep the window at night, only temporary.
One important thing - the PIZZA in the bar IS AMAZING! Must try.
