"The hotel is very close to Amsterdam and the airport. The hotel is very convenient for free parking. It is suitable for self-driving tour. There are small supermarkets, Chinese restaurants and gas stations around 1 km, and free parking on the roadside. The parking fee is very expensive in the Netherlands. Room facilities are general, breakfast is average, hotel staff is very kind. The only problem is that there is a McDonald's next to me. I lived in the past few days until 2 am. Many young people gathered there at night, quite noisy."

"It's too far from downtown Amsterdam. The train cost five euros.
After getting off the train station. Need to change the bus. The ticket seems to be 2.6 euros. But for us who are foreigners. It's really hard to move an inch!"

"Easy to get here from Amsterdam Schipol Airport and instant access to the Spinter station of Haarlem. Very convenient location to get around places of interest in peaceful and beautiful Haarlem. Super nice staff, Dirk and the ladies are hospitable. Overall a welcoming hotel beyond worthy of its price. I would recommend 5/5 for backpackers."

"We stayed here when we got married in Haarlem. It is a perfect location, close to airport bus, train station and city centre.
The hotel looks very nice and so did the room. The living room is a handy addition for coffee and tea and relaxing. The fresh cookies and boterkoek were a nice touch. There were a few things that made this experience a bit less great.
Firstly, we arrived late and would have loved to have dinner at the beautiful looking restaurant. Unfortunately, it was completely booked.It would be nice if they could reserve a spot for guest staying at the hotel (or email about this).
Secondly, we had the ask for room service and new towels.
Thirdly, the room itself (Presidential suite) could do with a make up mirror with dedicated light. The atmosphere lighting in the room is really nice but the lighting makes it really difficult for make up wedding preparations. There is neither a tall mirror which we would have benefitted from.
Lastly, where our family staying at another hotel received a personal card regarding them staying for our wedding, we didn't receive anything. It would have nice to receive a personal greeting and some little flowers in the room about this being our special day. Just a personal touch to make this experience even more special."

"As our flight was delayed and we missed our ferry, with 2 dogs and 6 pieces of luggage, it wasn’t easy. Friend found this hotel very close to the ferry terminal, so we just give it a try. We booked a basic room, thought just one night, but when receptionist Nora saw we have so many pieces of luggages and 2 little dogs, she upgraded us to a bigger room with sea view . She is super helpful and very nice and warm. The hotel restaurant is fantastic , we had dinner , breakfast and lunch here, the salad we had is so refreshing that we even asked for recipe. We strongly recommend this hotel, it’s facing the sea have beautiful sunset view, very relaxing and safe for dogs running around. And of course the food. All staff are kind and with smile, thank you all so much"
