"I suggest the basement should reserve for the guest not only for long stay guest. It made a very inconvenient to us as no enough parking space and have to park very far away. Cleaning have to do everyday without any demand although I put notice to cleaning but no one turn up. The building a little bit noisy as the persons around like to pull the chair around "

"This hotel is newly renovated which located in the middle of a golf coast. The receptionist was nice and friendly, the room service was nice. The room we stayed in was really clean. Too bad this hotel does not have any swimming pool, it would be great if they have one! Nonetheless, I had a pleasant stay for 2 nights 😀"

"It was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system. "

"I have book this hotel for our engineer who has a business trip at Miri. This is his 2nd stayed. This apartment is near to the Shell office just 10-15 minit walkin distance. There are lot of store at this building so it is convenience to get basic things. He like this hotel very much."

EExplore the world with JosephA lovely boutique hotel situated in the heart of Miri town. It’s very convenient, with nearby options for food, shopping, and more. The hotel design is charming, and the rooms are both cozy and comfortable. The room is equipped with all the essential amenities that travelers need. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip to Miri.

DDSLGI had wonderful stay on the *12th floor*. The room was modern, and offered a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. Service was warm and professional throughout our stay.
Only small issue was the *side table clock*, which was *off by 39 minutes* — a minor detail, but worth adjusting for future guests.
A shout of thanks to front desk staff who arranged a grab ride from her phone. I didn’t her name. I check from hotel after 0500hrs
Overall, a great experience and would definitely return

AA_TutiIt's a decent hotel located just next to the airport. *************. As we landed, we could already see the hotel from the runway. They provide excellent shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. We love the fact that it was so close to the airport as our daughter was only joining us after landing at around midnight. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were also very happy with the self service laundry that they provide. It was complimentary provided you bring your own detergent. Otherwise, you can buy detergent from the vending machine. Breakfast was yummy and a semi buffet. The sauna and infinity pool were very inviting but we didn't have time to try them. Too bad.

GGuest UserShower was cold throughout my 3 night stay. Housekeeping comes to clean in the late afternoon, even though I switched on the housekeeping button in the morning before heading out. Housekeeping only changes the linen and replaces towels. They did not sweep or vacuum the room and do not replace toiletries, I had to call the front desk, and this too was done very late.
The location is great, very close to all the malls, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops etc. Lovely view of the pool and Waterfront. Breakfast was great, thoroughly enjoyed it.

YYY Tay AlsaadiyVery nice and comfy resort hotel! We are welcomed by the bell boy helping us with the luggage with big smiles and greetings.
The front desk politely ask for us to rest at lobby or can go for nearby shopping while we were waiting for the room to be ready ( we were early).
They gives us plenty of drinking waters to make sure we stay hydrated!
Swimming pool is big and nice ( they have several baby pool, and a big pool with various depths).
It was nice as they also provide us complementary dinner for 2 ( our booking comes with breakfast for 3 adults, kiddo is additional RM30). I would like to complement the restaurant staff - Rita who has given us the utmost great hospitality and flexibility as we request to pack food to go instead of dinning in ( dinner).
Overall I am impressed by this 5- star hospitality of Marriott. They never let me down with their superb services.

MMs. AliceThe hotel has a great location — it’s conveniently surrounded by many eateries, making it easy to grab food at any time. The room itself is quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise.
However, the overall maintenance of the hotel needs serious improvement. The main carpet in the hallway had a strong unpleasant smell, and the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Inside the room, both the floor and bathroom were noticeably dirty, which affected our comfort during the stay.
With better cleanliness and upkeep, this place has the potential to be much better.

It was also comfy and suitable for our baby. The check-in process was smooth, and while the service was just okay, everything went well.

They upgraded my room to a unique two-level layout, which added a special touch to the experience. I loved the cozy interior—perfect for a relaxing staycation. The breakfast was satisfying, and the location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Dona Cafe and TRX. Definitely planning to come back again for another staycation.
