The hotel is located in the heart of San Luis Potosí, and has a comfortable and spacious room with panoramic views and all services functioning perfectly. My only complaint is that in the new year night they had reported that food would be served until 19:00, but at least since 18:30 they didn't want to serve no matter that there was no restaurant in the area, I recommend it, but the issue of customer services must be improved, because that is what we have to do.
Wonderful property. They have excellent staff, very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and even with the room being a little smaller than what I'm used to, the room set up was perfect. Love the security of the parking lot. Will definitely stay again when in town.

My husband and I always stay here when visiting S.L.P. I've never been disappointed! The staff are amazing, the beds are perfect for me (big beds and hard so that you don't sink in). The showers are perfect - hot and great pressure and the rooms are big with a beautiful view of the city. They also have parking and friendly staff. The location can't be beat- Love this place!

La decoración de las habitaciones está súper padre, ubicación súper buena y el trato del personal súper amable. Sin duda regresaremos. Amamos la comodidad de la cama.
The view hotel was superb! Super quiet, immaculate and very, very convenient! We were here to go to the Mendoza Vision Clinic. The hotel is literally next door, and very accomodating of patients. Best of all was the staff! All of the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Particularly Jose! Thank you. Ric and Victor
We stayed here with our dog on our way back home. It is a very clean and beautiful hotel. The people working wore masks and practiced social distancing. Room service food was awesome and inexpensive. The grounds would be wonderful for kids. I would visit again when things return to normal.

For multiple business trips to San Luis Potosi over the past 2 years I have stayed at Fiesta Americana. My experience every time has been outstanding. From the first interactions with the Staff at the front desk, to breakfast/dinner servings, to room service and final check-out, the attention to detail and service was top level. With the post-COVID full re-opening of both the businesses within the adjacent Mall and beautiful Park the value proposition for the Fiesta Americana is unparalleled. I would highly recommend to others staying in San Luis Potosi.
As a female solo traveler, I felt safe and supported by the Holiday Inn staff (Feb. 19, Feb. 22, Feb. 23). The reservation staff found someone to come to my room to do my covid test, they coordinated the delivery of tacos from a nearby restaurant, they exchanged my dollars to pesos, called taxis for me, and the shuttle service was reliable and excellent. I'd appreciate hotel management letting those particular staff know that they made the event of my cancelled flight much more tolerable because of their kindness. A great thank you, from the woman from Colorado !
GGuest UserPlace is clean and well decorated. Free breakfast is menu based and was nice. My room was a bit small but i would return anyway. The only issue i had is a towel with stains but i believe they would change it.
OOakvilleHouseThis is a lovely hotel that managed to well serve a group of 18 despite the fact that the hotel had changed ownership within two weeks of our arrival. Despite having no liquor service due to license transfer delays and limited food service, a new employee, Jean Luis managed to feed us, serve us wine and cover us nearly single handed. He is a marvel of hard work, long hours, and devoted service. I am in the restaurant world in California and would steal him in a heartbeat if it was possible. He is an inspiring lesson in what a difference a single employee can be. Without him, this hotel would not get 5 stars. The beds are dreamy. The place is lovely. The roof garden & pool is terrific. I did get the impression that young friends of management may have use of the facilities however. Umbrellas are needed up there. I recommend this hotel.
I stayed for a night, for work, in this hotel. The problems went even before arrival in hotel. Landed at the airport at 21.00 I call the hotel to ask for the navy service. The girl at reception tells me that the first shuttle available is at 22.30. I had to take a uber. Check-in was slow. I ask you to book the shuttle for the airport for the next day, they say it is not available for too much affluence and they can book a taxi for my expense if they want. The room is in good condition, if it wasn't for a phone-incrusted hair. In the night, I closed my eye only because I was tired of the 16-hour trip, because the night was accompanied by flexible noises from the hotel or a shipyard nearby. I had chosen this hotel only for the airport ship, which I could not enjoy, I wouldn't go back to it.
KKY5133A good choice for business travelers. The breakfast is rich and the location is right. The room is spacious enough and the facilities are OK. It would be even more wonderful if the price was a little lower.
The location is about 15 minutes from the City Center. (79-80 pesos with an Uber) The pool was closed both nights that we were there as they were cleaning and maintaining it. The views from the roof were quite nice. The breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing great, but not bad either. The bedroom linens were smooth as silk and very clean. The rooms could have been stocked a little better as there was just 1 bar of soap and 1 hair conditioner. No tissues, shampoo or body lotion. I don’t use those anyway, but simply noted their absence. The heat and a/c worked well and the staff was absolutely terrific everyday! They really were like concierges! Howard S.
