We had a pretty nice 5 day stay here. Upside was the rooms were nice and big. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and a small kitchen. Our room on 5th floor had a partial ocean veiw, I think most rooms do. People were friendly. Downside was: 1) The beach has rocks and is marked with black flags which means the beach is always closed. 2) There is a nice swim up infinity pool, BUT, it closes 7 and the bar closes at 6:30. It doesn't make sense to me. Wish it was open until at least 9:00pm. 3) The layout design of this property is the worst we have stayed at (Westin's). The front desk does not explain the entire property at check in, we found out on our last night that the Grand Regina and The Club Regina (all inclusive) are all part of this Westin and you can dine at both and put the charge on your room, so take advantage of that. We had the worst dinner experience at Cocina Casera and I do not recommend for dinner, however, breakfast was good. The dinner was below average but the service would have received 1 star. It took 55 minutes to get a 12” pizza. 20 minutes for a bottle of water and 15 minutes to get our check. Bad. Regarding the layout, be prepared to do a ton of walking. This place has a lot of dead space with ramps that lead to no where. It will take a couple days to figure out how to navigate around this place. Nothing seems to be convenient. We will return here because we are Westin Vacation club owners, however, we prefer the Sheraton at Hacienda del mar. Beat places we went in Cabo for dinner: 1) El Farallon 2) Neptune 3) Cabo Del Sol golf Course( closes at 7, but has amazing food) 4) El Toro Guero (lunch) shrimp 5) Blue Fish Cabo lunch, ceviche. 6) Flora's Feild Kitchen. Fresh fresh.

Truly a magical place! •incredible rooms •stunning views •delicious food BUT. The Service here is EXCEPTIONAL! Fernanda at the pool was so kind and attentive. What an increíble person! Louis at The Ledge was so compassionate and accommodating to a injury I had. He went out of his way to help me and make me comfortable. Corina at the spa gave me the most incredible massage! All of the spa staff was amazing. Oscar at Manta was such a lovely and helpful server. And last but not least, Michell at concierge was lovely! This people here are what make this place so special!

We have stayed at other Ritz Carltons, but this was our first at a Reserve. The resort is immaculately landscaped with beautiful flowers and gardens. The room was spotless and well maintained. We had a large tastefully decorated bedroom with floor to ceiling views of the water (upper level suite) a large closet and dressing area, and huge bathroom with shower, tub, two sinks and another separate extremely large vanity. The room had a minibar with plenty of bottled water, coffee, tea and a small fridge with drinks and snacks for purchase. Our room also came with a private plunge pool and large patio with lots of spacious loungers and table and chairs. (There were some small shades for the loungers, but we would have actually preferred more shade due to the intense sun.) The outside area was private due to well placed walls etc. It actually felt like you were staying in your own private condo overlooking the ocean. The resort has a fitness center with lap pool, family pools and an adults only pool and beach access with attentive staff. The beach was closed for walking while we were there due to a recent storm that passed through a few days before our arrival, and never reopened during our stay. The resort itself showed no evidence of a storm however, with not even a branch or flower out of place. The resort has a beachfront seafood restaurant (closed during our visit), a nice grill restaurant, a lovely open air family style casual restaurant, a coffee bar with desserts, muffins, scones etc, and a beautiful cocktail bar. We ordered room service and the food was delivered promptly by the most delightful staff, and our orders were always perfect, no matter our special requests (not the norm when dining in the states). We visited the spa for a couples massage which was wonderful. We also had an hour in the private spa pool before the massages, and an hour in a private hot tub after the massages. We also scheduled the Savasana Experience (sound room treatment) at the spa, and found it not relaxing for us in the way it was designed (just our opinions). I have seen reviews mentioning that the resort was hilly, but we didn't notice this at all. We normally visit Mexico in the winter, and did find the September temps a little high for us, but did feel lucky that we had sunny days during our entire visit. We have stayed at Los Cabos before and did prefer the quiet more relaxed nature of San Jose del Cabo and Zadun. We never heard other people or noise from any other resorts. The biggest thing that we noticed about this resort however, was how we were treated by staff. We have stayed at many wonderful resorts, but noticed that the Zadun staff really could not have been better. From the drivers, housekeepers, room service and spa staff, restaurant staff and every single staff we ran into during our stay, they were just the friendliest and most helpful and attentive. Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. My wife and I selected Nobu because it is situated outside of town and it seemed like it would be a bit more low-key than some of the other options in the greater Cabo area. We were pleasantly surprised with our selection. It was, indeed, the right choice for us as we were looking for somewhere to relax and reset. We weren’t interested in traditional tourism activities or proximity to the town; just comfortable room, good dining options, and great service in a beautiful, relaxing environment. We succeeded in those things, as the room was great, all the restaurants wherein we dined were fantastic, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. (Note: I’m sure Nobu offers plenty of options for activities, we just did not seek them. Also, we did arrange an Uber to town one afternoon and it was an easy and relatively inexpensive process - roughly $20USD) It was notably windy and could feel cold at times; the temperature of the pools could feel a bit cold too. But during the heat of day, it was quite refreshing to have that breeze and cooler water. Our service by the pool was fantastic, so overall we had a great experience. Admittedly it was a bit of a bummer that the beach area wasn’t really suitable for use during our stay (May 2023). It appears swimming is forbidden or highly discouraged at all times due to the currents, but not sure if the beach itself is more accessible when it is less windy out. Regardless, my wife and I enjoyed our time at Nobu and found our stay to be exactly what we needed to wind down and enjoy ourselves.

We have been visiting Cabo for more than 20 years. This was our first time staying in the corridor between San Lucas and San Jose. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful views from the Hacienda Encantada. Situated on an elevated coastline we saw the famous Rock and Arch from a different perspective. We had a one bedroom suite with an ocean view. Lovely balconies and well furnished it had all the amenities for a long comfortable stay So many good restaurants onsite gave us a wide variety of dining choices. Shuttles made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go on the large hilly resort. Everyone was friendly and made us feel at home.
