"Much worse than expected, the room is the same as the folklore, the facilities are very general, the same as the private residence, the front desk service is also very general, I feel that the business is not familiar! ! !"
"The location is in the middle, the room is wide, the proprietress is good in English, and the staff is friendly. The nearby restaurants are authentic and the price is close to the people. There is a full barbecue restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel."

"This is a hostel right in front of Yongmeori Coast.
I caught it in a hurry, but it was wider and cleaner than I thought ~
There are convenience stores and restaurants just 2 minutes walk away, and the location was good. However, the accommodation on the second floor was a bit difficult to carry luggage because it was necessary to go to the stairs, except that it was good:3"
"A family of 4 stayed in the deluxe room, and it was so comfortable that we stayed for 2 nights.
The swimming pool usage time has been changed from a 3-part system to free use, so that's it.
I love it, the kids can have fun in the heated pool.
I really enjoyed my staycation.
It was so nice because it was quiet and secluded."
"It's pretty good. It's convenient to travel by car and close to tourist attractions. The hotel is located in Seogwipo City, with a 711 supermarket and McDonald's restaurant at the door. There are GS25 supermarket and Olive Young within 300 meters, which are suitable for shopping and tax-free. The room is very large, with two beds, one large and one small."
"The room is huge, clean and has everything you will need. You can ask for a steamer from the housekeeping if you need to steam your clothes. The location is away from everything but very beautiful and quiet. The hotel does not have anyone to help us with the luggage upon checking in and checking out which is weird for a big hotel like this so if you have big luggage you might have to manage it yourself. Onsen is separated male and female and is beautiful but closed early like 8 pm if I'm not wrong wished it was open till much later like 10 pm or 9.30pm at least."
"**A Gem in Jeju: Parnas Jeju Hotel**
My recent stay at Parnas Jeju Hotel exceeded all expectations. The hotel boasts a sleek and modern design, evident from the stylish rooms to the chic lobby. Every corner exudes elegance and comfort, making it a delightful retreat.
One of the highlights was the outdoor heated swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing dip regardless of the weather. It provided a serene oasis amidst the bustling city.
The service was impeccable, with staff at the lobby always greeting guests with a warm smile and ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience.
Moreover, the hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance to a charming bakery, and a convenient store, ensuring easy access to essentials.
Whether you're visiting Jeju for business or leisure, Parnas Jeju Hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and top-notch service. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to indulge in a memorable stay on this beautiful island."
"I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking sea views and easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.
The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I would definitely stay here again!"
"Zen Resort has an unforgettable sea view. It cleverly combines natural beauty with unique design to provide guests with a comfortable and artistic leisure environment. The resort is located in a unique geographical location, and the beautiful seaside scenery is refreshing and ideal for relaxation. The design of the room is equally impressive, and every detail reveals the pursuit of aesthetics and the importance of guest experience.
Although the resort's hardware facilities and natural environment are impeccable, there is still room for improvement in service. In particular, the luggage storage service is currently only available in the lobby and lacks effective management, which brings inconvenience to guests who need to continue to enjoy the resort's facilities after checking out. In addition, once the check-out procedures are completed, guests seem to no longer be considered guests. This one-size-fits-all approach ignores the actual needs of guests who may still need to use the resort's services. It is recommended that the resort can provide more humane and flexible services, such as setting up a dedicated luggage storage area and providing more detailed services to ensure that all guests can enjoy the care and convenience they deserve even after checking out."

Amazing
GGuest UserOur second stay and I would love to return again
It's basically a honeymoon / baby hotel. Many young couples and families with children under 10. Very calm and peaceful.
Clean, nice, heated pool.
Breakfast could be better, we opted out, but it's still convenient.
The sauna is absolutely wonderful, I really healed my body and soul there.
As for the room type, the last year we stayed in a standard view room. You have to know that there is NO view. It was a ground floor room with all the consequences. We didn't use the balcony at all. This year we chose garden view but got upgraded to a poolside view.
The poolside view honestly made the stay. Choose poolside or at least garden view if you can. Try to stay away from standard view.
There's also this hill suite building, we'll probably try and book a room there next year but we couldn't quite figure out how to use the spa. It wasn't clear if the building has its own spa or some overpass or underpass, or you'd have to walk across the road to the main building.
The beach is 5 minutes away by car and around 30 on foot. There's surfing lessons and surf rentals there, you can rent a chair, an umbrella, a sunbed and a tube.
Also, if you're thinking Lotte because of the closeness to the beach, note that the pedestrian walk to the beach is awful from there. It's 5-10 minutes of stairs.

YYaatoh;)I attended a conference here and brought my family.
We arrived hours before we could check into the hotel. So we had time to explore the hotel and the surroundings.
We love the fact that there are so many shops, restaurants as well as casino and cinema attached to the Marriott.
There are 2 theme parks also attached to the site. Guests could enjoy 3 free rides as a bonus.
We got to try out quite a number of eating places including the ramen library and did quite a bit of shopping as well. One evening we ordered room service. We had the beef galbi and the ginseng chicken soup with sticky rice. That was delish!
For those who want to sightsee there is Osulloc tea museum next door.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is right next to the sea, super scenic, rooms are big and came with an ocean view. Hotel room had Nescafe Dulce Gusto machine with plenty of capsules which was a huge surprise for us. Love sipping Americano while viewing the sea. Hotel is really beautiful, comes with a nice library. They provided bottled water as well. There was a GS25 nearby. There is a restaurant called Olle Chinatown nearby which serves THE BEST TANGSUYUK (sweet sour pork). Give it a try. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap was from MALIN GOETZ. You definitely get a quality stay here.

Jjeffrey159Decent Stay but Poor Parking Design
The biggest downside of this hotel is the parking situation—it’s horrendously designed. Cars are allowed to park in the exit lane, meaning there’s only one narrow way to enter and
exit, which makes maneuvering a nightmare.
On the positive side, the hotel is very affordable, but that also means some compromises. The room provides only a kettle and cup, with no coffee, spoon, toothbrush, or toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own. However, the shower is clean, and there’s a hairdryer available, which is a plus.
The view is okay, nothing spectacular, and while the room has a heater, there’s no floor heating, so it might get chilly.
Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and can overlook the parking frustrations and minimal amenities, it’s an okay choice.

AAsankaA few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.

HHagga03The room and the property are very nice, the location is ok for some attractions, although a little far from most of the bars and restaurants. The service at this hotel is bizarre. They are incredibly strict about the check in and check out time, and quite rude, they welcome you with a very passive aggressive rules document which threatens several ways you can be fined or kicked out of the hotel, the bar/restaurant was closed 'forever' I was told, the elevator and corridors constantly have a smell like someone has farted in them. The breakfast food is poor, unseasoned and flavourless, even the butter is unsalted, poor selection, you have to compete with the staff for the best bits of the food as they eat in the restaurant at the same time and don't restock items, although they claim to do breakfast until 10 with last entry at 930, they tidy up around you at like 915 without asking if you're finished, and seem to expect you to clear your own table. If you put do not disturb in the morning they don't come clean later but just leave a carrier bag of towels outside, if you use they glassware in the room they don't clean it at all or replace it. Overall a very strange experience, maybe it's a cultural thing but from a western perspective this hotel has some of the worst service I've ever experienced, and I found it quite unwelcoming. For the money you'd be better off booking something from an American chain or similar.

SSonglaobanOriginally living in the city near the airport, one day I went to Hanna Mountain to play. After playing, I wanted to continue to take the bus all the way to the south. I came to the Chinese area. I thought that the airport area was too far away that day, so I booked a hotel temporarily.
This hotel is close to the standard of the homestay, the facilities are average, but it is very close to the beach. The scenery of the morning walk to the beach is very beautiful. The price is also very high during the Spring Festival.

BBoyscout76Let me start with one thing: with a ”touch of young blood”.
First location: sits in idyllic and panoramic view from the common balcony in 6F. A first time visitor to Jeju should at leats stay few days in Seogwipo (again, Jeju is divided into Jeju City and Seogwipo) as it showcase all the vest attractions in South, West and East Jeju)
From Airport, take bus 600 and bus stop seogwipohang (31 stops from airport)
Cleanliness: ilike to see the rooms no shoes and slipper allowed. It is clean and comfortable from heated floor and nice smelling beds and blankets and reasonable size locker rooms.
Service: The giveaway price you paid also includes free breakfast. Again, i explain later why it has a touch fresh blood, you will love to see new ideas in kitchen liek SeomBucks, SeomWay and many more. But what most I dont understand is why there are sweets (candies) also in Shower rooms. Fridge, you can have all you want to put in and get a personal space.
Facilities: The hostel in 6F overlooks the seogwipo sub-marine park. It is also within walking distance to a waterfall park. The rooftop also is so spacious (that you can hold a basketball) and a laundry.
The property caretaker, is literally a young blood, a college student having school breaks due to some injury and is managing this little haven is full of ideas, ready to jump and help, fluent in English and undoubtedly above average IQ/EQ. He surely can deal with picky and demanding foreigners and locals alike to get the best feeling at-home experience.
This why i said there is a touch of YOUNG BLOODS.
Ps: I canceled several of my bookings in another hotel and extended my stay here.
The price with breakfast,
