The day I went, I was the only customer on the first day of the opening, so I felt like all the staff were watching me and moving.
Breakfast was cooked and brought to me, and I was able to enjoy a cappuccino.

Initially, we planned to stop at the Ambassador Hotel for two weeks, but during the stay the plans changed and we lasted. As a result, we spent almost two months in this hotel. What can you say? This time for the hotel is more than demonstrative. The interior world of the hotel, its life, staff work, leadership - everything becomes visible with an unarmed eye. To say that we were surprised - nothing to say. All our stay has been the best of the hotel. Clean rooms, cleaning, delicious food, cozy atmosphere - all thanks to the staff who worked in good faith and responded to all our requests, which, by the way, were many. As a result, very positive impressions. Staff attention at this hotel at the height. Beautiful hotel, corresponds to its stars. Everything is very clean, the hotel is accomplished in a pleasant design according to the name . Hotel staff is very polite, warning and friendly . Special thanks to the hotel administration . When leaving rushing , we forgot a wallet with cash - which was immediately made known , and already at home on the other day we got our missing . Thank you , remember and hope to visit the capital of Kyrgyzstan again with such warm and responsive people .

Comfortable location, almost in the center, in the pedestrian availability of shopping restaurants shops, everything you need. Three days of accommodation were received in rubles of about 8 thousand. For this money was provided a magnificent room and breakfast was included. In the room is a good quality repair and finish. Good big soft bed, panoramic windows, air conditioning, good expensive furniture, excellent bath. Also all dispensers: soap, shampoo, coats, towels. All recommend, the service is excellent6 will definitely come again.

The location is the best as it is in the center. Gulnura at the reception is very helpful. She assisted from the arrival until departure. The lady from the morning duty also. The room is good for the short trip. They are providing the amenities. Supermarket and restaurant walking distance only.

We stayed for 4 days in this hotel. 1. Rooms are quite good for a botique hotel - bathroom is nice with complete toiletries. 2. Breakfast is quite less but good and will help you throughout the day - eggs and coffee will be offered by the wonderful staff or upon request. Dinner is quite good. Bar is okay. 3. Place is quiet except for the noise in the street but not that important. 4. Location is okay - near supermarkets, restaurants, and malls. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, especially Aiperi and Perizat.I'd like to commend Aiperi as she made sure all our queries and requests were attended to with a smile. She will help you out the best way she can. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!!!

Arrived almost early in the morning, fell asleep and skipped breakfast. But to my surprise they brought me to my room, I was very pleasant and grateful. The room had everything you needed (dental kit, disposable slippers, full tea service). What was important was the large desktop. Well done!!! Apparently they try very hard and help in everything.

Comfy shared rooms, very warm lighting paired with wood paneling, you can tell much love has gone into designing the place and the service! Breakfast is varied and very filling, quick laundry service and a lot of dedication to help me out with cabs and translation (had to change my flight and my Russian and Kyrgyz are non-existant) All in all, a great value for money stay and walking distance (15 min leisurely pace) from Osh Bazaar. Not a party hostel but a great place to relax and unwind after a long trip up in the mountains or when you've just arrived and are getting ready for your Kyrgyz adventure!

GGuest User They had pre arranged a taxi service from the airport, and he was waiting for me right at the doors as I finally completed my 28 hours in transit from Sydney. This man was my first experience of anyone really in Bishkek and he was so friendly and helpful. We chatted endlessly whilst he drove me to my destination and although I was tired I wished we could have spoken for another little while. Once inside the hotel, he helped me check in to the hotel as my knowledge of Russian is non existent and the young man behind the counter had limited English. I headed upstairs and had an amazing sleep after a hot shower. The beds are super comfortable and after getting myself sorted around 11am the staff at the front desk really did go above and beyond helping me get my sim card active (they even took me to the supermarket to add data to my sim) they then organised a taxi to take me to the bank and bring me back and all of this they offered me a lunch as I had missed out in breakfast. They also upgraded me from a double room to a room with a separate lounge and bedroom. The next day before checking out they again arranged a taxi for my destination and also gave me a take away lunch as I had missed breakfast that first morning. This was my first long haul flight after 2 years and the staff at hotel De'mar really helped me settle in and avoid jet lag. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you are ever thinking of visiting Bishkek.

UupinflaaamesFirst hostel I ever stayed at and it was comfortable and cozy. I liked the location, it’s near the railways, so you can actually see and hear the trains go by. Nicely furnished and designed, everything is super clean. You will definitely like staying there. Home-like atmosphere, welcoming staff, snacks, books, and Netflix available! Surely would stay there next time.

GGuest UserReally great hotel, very close to city centre, our room was very clean, and tidied every day, I stayed for 15 nights and no problems at all, would recommend to anyone!! free transfer bus to and from the airport is a big plus, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, most of whom spoke English!!

Отель бронировали телефонным звонком без предоплаты. Отель расположен близко к центральным улицам,но уже в частном секторе. Найти его из-за этого чрезвычайно сложно. Особенно в темноте. Сам отель - частный дом с несколькими номерами. Кровать продавлена. Белье рваное. Не убирались ни разу. Душевая большая, но шторка расположена низко. Воду необходимо пропускать, чтобы пошла горячая. Завтрак довольно скудный, но вкусный. Еда по меню непомерно дорогая. Приятно порадовало,что есть возможность платить за половину суток половину стоимости. Также отсчет суток начинается строго со времени въезда, что экономит значительную сумму.
