"Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean hotel and the bathroom that I had was extremely clean. Great, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, not that many options on a Sunday, but Monday had plenty more options. The location was good, if you like walking, then you can walk to a lot of the attractions from the hotel. Navat restaurant is close and there is is a café next to it - this was great! In sum, an excellent hotel for 2/3 nights in Bishkek. "

"Nice breakfast spread of cold cuts, fish, different milks, varied omelettes, and a selection of cereals and nuts. Nice ambiance as well, at the terrace on the top floor of the building. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom clean and sleek. Recommended!"

"Maybe because I booked it on Ctrip, I only had a corner room on the shady side. The room was damp and dark. It was not a small place, but it was not very comfortable to live in. There was a casino next to it. Although it was legal and didn't look messy, it was still scary when I first heard about it. I heard from local compatriots that this is already a local five-star hotel, but to be honest, it is at most 300 yuan a night in Beijing."

"The hotel service is very friendly and the English is quite good. The environment is great, very clean, and the bed is very big. The breakfast is very rich. In addition, they helped me call a taxi for the early flight in the morning, which is really a great service. The only drawback is that the toilet feels out of repair, there is a smell and the flushing function is not very good."

LludwigvmellyDecided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

GGuest UserThe room is small, and it was still small after upgrading for an additional fee. The front desk was very helpful, and it was convenient to go out. The downstairs is connected to the mall. The SPA environment is poor, the SPA service attitude is not good, and the quality of the massage oil is not good. Because of the poor service attitude and the poor massage oil, I didn't expect it and didn't want to spend money to suffer. The Japanese dining environment is good, mainly because we booked a tatami seat, and the rigid consumption is about 450 US dollars. The three of us ate for one night and only ate about 300 US dollars. No matter what, we couldn't afford 450 US dollars. As a result, when paying the bill, we had to pay 450 US dollars, and then we were allowed to take it away. This is the first time I have encountered such a ”hard” management method of an international five-star hotel. It's just one seat, and the business is average. There are not many people. We didn't sit in that seat, so it was probably empty.

MMoranziThe hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. It is not far from Ala-Too Square, and there are shops and restaurants downstairs. The hotel does not have a parking lot. The platform in the photo can only park shared bicycles. My motorcycle was lifted up by three people.

NNidieIt’s very good. I recommend it to friends who are staying in Bishkek for a few days. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the city. The environment is not bad, it’s high-quality, the accommodation is very comfortable, and there’s breakfast, which is great.

(📍)Location: One kilometer from the Western Bus Station, 13 minutes walk. Take bus No. 350 from this bus station to Tokmak and Suiye City. There are small shops nearby
(🛀)Facilities: No toiletries, slippers, public toilets, bathrooms. There is a kettle, two small bottles of water, tea bags, a small refrigerator, the room is not small, the facilities are new, clean and tidy, and the heating is sufficient. There is no elevator, three floors, if you don’t want to move boxes, let the boss arrange a room on the first floor.
(👱♀️)Service: The boss is very kind and enthusiastic, and he knows a few words in Chinese. He greets people back and forth.
(🍽)Food: Breakfast is 250 som/person/day. (22 yuan)

AAndrii KovalchukA good relatively new hotel in the center. The room is spacious, has everything you need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. You can walk everywhere. The staff quickly responds to requests.
20 minutes walk to the Central Department Store, central locations. There are many shops, cafes, supermarkets nearby. There is a restaurant with a view on the top floor.
Breakfasts are a bit meager, but there is plenty to choose from.

SShierocksThis hotel is newly built near Osh Bazaar. The staff Rustam, Risbek, Amantof (forgive me, im not sure of the spelling of their names) assisted us very well during our 5 nights stay. All of their staff can speak English. The rooms are big, they also have lifts which is convenient for guests with heavy luggage. They have own parking too. Their breakfast is good.
Thankful that we have stayed here in this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable!
The laundry service cost 300 to wash and 300 to dry.
The hostel also hosts tours to Ala Arka National Park, and it was really cheap and helpful, as it was only 1,000 som for a total of 4 or more participants (4,000 for 1 person, 2,000 for 2 people, 1,300 for 3 people).
It's a real shame that the bus station has moved.

TThanis T.The hotel is located in between the Alatoo square and the Osh bazaar so it’s not too bad. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. However my experience with the hotel should be noted by travelers and the hotel owner. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room. When I opened the room, another guest was sleeping inside the room. I was shocked. Then I went back to the reception and was assigned another room. This time the room was not properly prepared. A vacuum cleaner was still inside the room and the bed was not made. My concern with security (as in anyone can easily enter your room with a key while you are sleeping) made the whole stay unpleasant.
