"Overall, the hotel is clean, but the room does not have a USB charging port and aircon is centralised and cannot be adjusted from warmer to cooler. I appreciate Trip.com's good customer service because although my package included lounge access, the hotel initially said it wasn't included. Trip.com proactively reached out to apologize for the misunderstanding."
"I stay the same hotel for one more night and the staff are so helpful, the drinks are free and I like there is coin laundry. The overall experience is good.
There is a nice ramen restaurant nearby too."
"Fabulous position next to train station and ferry port and perfect for travelling to the art islands. Wonderfully kind staff, endlessly patient and courteous, and Tsutsui was particularly thoughtful and I'm shamed that I hadn't caught other names because all the staff are amazing. There's a lovely bakery in the lobby and it couldn't be bettered."

"We carried the baggage from a public bus station around 15 mins, the facilitates are not bad, the staff are nice and help. We are quite enjoyable to have a hot spring there. You can go to have dinner and breakfast in their restaurant. The price of food are not expensive.

"We stayed with 10 people. I was a little worried about where to sleep, but while making full use of beds and sofa beds, there were enough rooms of about 4 rooms, so I was able to stay without problems.
I also had a BBQ for meals, but it was good not to borrow it in vain because there were BBQ stoves and charcoal fixtures, and I could rent it after seeing the things after arriving. If you are strong, there is little lighting at night BBQ outdoors, and only small ones that do not illuminate the area well unless you devise a free rental light, so have camp lanterns and high-legged lighting equipment. I think I should have done it.
Also, the location is very nice because it has an ocean view overlooking the Seto Inland Sea without obstacles. We recommend that you arrive early and start BBQ before the sun goes down.
Finally, it is a difficulty. It was a note in the accommodation information, but the road just in front of the facility is really narrow. There is only one width for one car. However, if you enter from the back road as instructed and guided well, you can enter in front of the entrance. I went with Hiace, which has a wide ceiling height, but it was quite good. But the eaves of the garage are low, so be careful of the car height! I didn't go under the roof."
"Facilities: public bath, toilet and basin in the room to wash, bathroom downstairs on the first floor
Hygienic: The interior of the room is very clean, but it is inconvenient to take a bath
Environment: It is a bit difficult to find in a corner. The residential building is separated from the interior of the room. There is also a small bar inside. Similar to the bar and the front desk of the room, the door is opened, and the first floor and second floor of the room are available.
Service: The boss is a young man who communicates very well in Japanese and English, and communication is barrier-free"

Amazing
AAngel Yi TakThe room design was weird. It may be good for young couples or young people to stay but definitely not enough space when travelling with young toddlers.
The beds were big but then too much space for used for the bathroom and toilet, leaving tiny space left for a table, sofa, etc.
Yet, location was great, just round the corners have plenty of restaurants for food.
WWenWen HoVery good location, bus stop nearby, opposite more little inside is the shopping street, many restaurants around, free Spa separate for man and woman and ice creams! free night noodle at the hotel restaurant, very relax
GGuest UserThe hotel was in a great location. Close to shops and transport. JR station about 30 min walk but local train made it easy, being about 6 min walk to the hotel. You could easily miss the Entrance of the hotel if you blink. MacDonald is next to the hotel. When you find the Hotel sign access to the hotel reception is via a public elevator (get out on Floor 8). Parking outside the hotel is not possible so park your car in the multi-storey car park of the building (first left street after the hotel). Collect a ticket at the boom gate, park your car on any level and take the ticket to the Hotel Reception. The staff will return the ticket to you when you leave. Parking is 1100 yen per day and this fee is paid at the Hotel Reception desk. Easy as pie once you know. We had a great time in Takamatsu and the hotel and hotel
staff was fantastic.
GGuest UserGreat location, easy to find with car park facilities. Check in easily with friendly and helpful staff. Although the room is a bit out dated, it's fully equipped all u needed. Highly recommended hotel with competitive price.
DDK97The premises is at a convenient location, very close to the covered shopping avenue.
The lift access is good for suite case travellers.
The room is clean and spacious enough to accommodate 4 px.
One draw back was the lack of information on the need to check in through the Royal Park Hotel which is about 10 minutes walk from the premises. That was very frustrate to stay outside the lift lobby for an hour, before meeting a group of Japanese young men whom told us to check in through the hotel.
Apart from the troublesome check in experience, everything was fine.
GGuest UserI am very satisfied. I was arranged on the top floor and was not disturbed by anyone. There are washing machines and induction cookers, which are fully equipped. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the subway. The hotel is surrounded by residential areas and is very quiet. The room is clean. If I have to say something unsatisfactory, it is that the sofa is too soft. Compared with other facilities in the room, the sofa looks a bit cheap. Breakfast is not provided, but there is a simple coffee shop at the entrance of the hotel. You can make an omelet for breakfast and the coffee is very fragrant.
GGuest UserWonderful experience. Breakfast and service were very good. It’s situated in a quiet location, about 40 minutes to the city centre and 30 minutes from the port, giving you a real sense of how the locals live.
I’m on a solo journey around the world with Takamatsu being my first stop. I’m so glad I chose this hotel because it really contributed to the wonderful experience. I’m currently on my way to my next destination and I already miss Takamatsu 😭
YYONGWOOKIt is very close to Takamatsu Station, Takamatsu Chikko Station, the port, and the market. It is easy to get around on foot. The location is the best. There are 3 convenience stores nearby. There are also many good restaurants nearby, so it was convenient. The hotel is quiet inside and outside. The staff is very friendly. The facilities seem old, but the retro atmosphere is nice and there is no inconvenience. The bedding, towels, and indoor robes were clean and not stuffy. The TV is old, so YouTube doesn't work, but it was nice to be able to focus on my trip.
However,
the cleaning condition is B. There was hair in the coffee cup, and
there was a disposable band left by the previous guest on the soap holder next to the bathtub.
I didn't want to spoil the mood, so I didn't complain, but
the cleaning staff needs to be more careful.
They immediately packed extra items,
and greeted me when I came and went.
I was so grateful that they kept my luggage after checkout.
I wish you health and prosperity♡
LLaidiansudalvWhen booking this hotel, you must pay attention to the huge price difference at different times. Usually, a 14 square meter room is only 300 or 400 yuan, but I didn't pay attention when booking it, and it was nearly 1500 yuan a night. I booked two nights, and my heart was bleeding. I could accept it if it doubled or doubled, but it turned out that it quadrupled on weekends. I am really stupid. The toilet in this bathroom is so small that it is so messy when taking a ****. Two people can't walk in the room at the same time. The fan of the dryer downstairs is still back-blowing, and they don't know it at all! The clothes I dried were all lint, and they flew all over the place when I opened the door. If you want to dry them, you must use the drying function of the other two all-in-one machines. After choosing to dry, you can wait for a while. In general, I am the only one who is wronged by this hotel for 1500 yuan, right?
IiamdierThe hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from Takamatsu JR Station. Near the hotel is Takamatsu's lively pedestrian street. There are many famous local delicacies on the street, and the location is very good.
Although the hotel is an apartment hotel, check-in is at the front desk of the RIHGA HOTEL next door. You can search it directly on Google map. After completing the check-in, the front desk clerk will provide the route map and keys to the hotel. When entering the hotel and taking the elevator, Remember to use the electronic disc on the key to activate it, otherwise the elevator will not come down.
The hotel's internal facilities are all available, and its area is larger than hotels in the same price range. It is an apartment-style hotel with very good value for money.
